We are sorry to read that you haven’t been happy with the service at the restaurant and we ask you to accept our most sincere apologies; our staff always do their best to serve all our guests quickly and courteously. We are very sorry if you had a different impression. We also regret to learn that your room smelled of smoke. We have one smoking floor for smokers and 3 non-smoking floors where smoking is forbidden. From you review we are not able to understand if you had a smoking or non-smoking room; we inform you that our staff is available 24h/24 to deal with any possible inconvenient, in this case we would have given you a different room making sure it didn’t smell of smoke. In case of a future reservation, please do not hesitate to call the reception in case of inconvenience, we are there to assure our guests a pleasant and comfortable stay.
