아침되면 나갈때까지 직원들이 수시로 문을 열음 체크아웃 시간 전이라도 계속 잠겨있는 문을 카드키로 열어서 굉장히 충격적이고, 누구도 유니폼을 입고있지도 않음. 너무 무서웠던 최악의 호텔. 빠른 사과를 그나마 긍정적이라고 생각해야 하나?

Dear guest, We are really sorry to receive such a negative feedback following your stay at out hotel, especially because most of the things reported on your comment do not correspond to the standards we always grant to all our guests. All the hotel staff always wear uniforms, with the exception of hotel managers, and we always aim to provide our guests an experience which suites all their expectations. We will surely take your comment into consideration and check what happened on your departure date with our staff, as it is not our use to open a departing room door before the departure is registered at reception.
