Regarding the “Family Offer,” we would appreciate the opportunity to review your booking details to better understand the charges applied. Concerning the minibar, we would like to clarify that only water is complimentary, as is common in many of our Novotel hotels. Additionally, we do have a water refill station available in the gym and breakfast area, which is always at guests’ disposal upon request. We regret if any of our team came across as unwelcoming; this is certainly not the standard we aim to uphold. Your comments will be shared with the management team to improve our service.
