Good place to stop on the way to Switzerland. The place is safe with parking. You can sleep because it's not a noisy place.

Beware their airport shuttle service!

A few words about the standard room: tiny, weary, cheap furniture, torn towels. Cleanliness is much far from the ideal. So it can work for a night, but if your demands are high - better avoid this place. The advantage of the hotel is that they allow two kids to stay at the same standard room with parents. Sheraton in terminal 1 will make you to pay for two rooms in this case, what seems pointless if you need a room just for a few hours. But the biggest problem of Novotel is their shuttle service. In Malpensa airport if you arrive after midnight you can wait for an hour waiting for a taxi. Especially if you need a van. Even Uber could not find a car for us. Before I booked a room I called them to make sure and they assured me that shuttle bus is available by request all around the clock. Nobody told me that they charge extra 5 euros per person per ride, even small kids. My son and I came to the airport by train. I called to the hotel in advance and ordered the transfer for 9:15 PM. There is no clear navigation system in Malpensa, so we had to walk a lot to find exit 10, where the shuttle bus was to be waiting for us. I even had to call the hotel for some directions and I told them that we are already at the airport going to the meeting point. We were just 3 minutes late and saw the shuttle departing! They knew we were about to come and they couldn’t wait for tree minutes! When I called to the hotel, the receptionist said that she asked the driver to wait but he was so busy that couldn’t. Of course, he is the boss! She advised us to take a taxi or wait for an hour for the next shuttle (they declare shuttle service every half an hour, by the way). After a short argument Christine did her best and organized a shuttle in 15 minutes. But this is not the end of the story. We had a flight at 6:05 AM, and I tried to order a shuttle for 4:00. “Sorry, there is no seat available for your family at this time, please order a taxi“ was reply. But to tell the truth after a short debate the receptionist did her best and arranged the shuttle bus for 4:15 and €30. And even this was not organized properly: the bus arrived seven minutes later and made us feel nervous. When I asked the guy at reception, who named himself Angelo, he said roughly: “You should have ordered for 4”. No comment… So, if you are looking for accommodation near Malpensa airport better look for some other place!

아침식사도 무난하게 잘 나오고, 객실도 깨끗해요. 주차는 예약할 때 추가로 선택할 수 있어서 주차 추가로 요금을 지불했어요. 다만, 주차요금 지불 여부를 체크하지는 않는 것 같네요

Hotel is not so new but the staff is very good and helpful. Front desk help every time you have a problem and also solve the problem. The restaurant staff is very nice and professional. Is an airport hotel but you can have a good relax. The room is not new but are confortable and very clean.

We arrived at Malpensa Airport T1 at 0110. The hotel staff told us to wait at the Exit 10 for a Shuttle Taxi. The driver asked for €35 because he said we are more than 4 individuals otherwise €25. But we were told by the hotel staff the night charges for shuttle service are €25 per room. We Checked in at the hotel around at 0200 AM. The Aircon was not working when we contacted the reception, we were told that no engineer are onsite to fix right now. And we thought we will get a decent room with no issues. The hotel location is not good because it is too far from the Airport & the hotel doesn’t provide a free shuttle service. We went to the Hotel’s Restaurant in the morning for our breakfast. The food options were okay but not good. We woke up late and we have just an hour to eat. We checked out at 1200, and took Uber Taxi back to the Airport to buy train tickets at train station.
