I’ve stayed at Novotel Pune several times and have always had a pleasant experience. No fuss - it’s just a great business hotel for short stays. Clean rooms and very hospitable restaurant staff. Breakfast is typically a busy time, but the staff remain polite and attentive and take care of everything nicely. Special shout-out to their server, Ravi. Will stay again!

We went from Mumbai to Pune. Booked hotel when we left from mumbai at 9:15 pm. Reached hotel at 1:30 mid night. Found that the canceled our booking saying that the hotel is overbooked. After discussion they booked our room again and stayed there. But why did they take booking if it was already overbooked.
