The hotel staff is very helpful. Special thanks to Lokesh and Sandhya who took care of me because I was unwell. The ginger honey water was delicious and helped me with the cold. The food of this hotel is extremely delicious. The front desk and the in room dining staff is also very caring and helpful.

We had a 2 day Retreat at Novotel Banquet hall and received seamless hospitality support from the Novotel team. The response was prompt and service was excellent. Food quality is very good with balanced taste. Mr. Pravin and Mr. Prince were very much attentive and helpful. Keep it up.

Lunch buffet is really good. Budheshwar chef prepared good food for us. Sunday buffet is preferable. Starters are very good and fish is really nice today and had good time with friends. If you want to spend some quality time, you can prefer Novotel pune.

This Sunday we visited novotel for brunch.Food was very tasty and authentic, ambience is calm. Variety of food was available. We had good experience with chef Budheswar Das. He is well managed and polite. Good place to visit with family. 😊

A short and comfortable stay at Novotel, Pune. My family joined me for brunch and enjoyed the spread that was offered. Chef Budheswar Das in particular was very helpful. Will be happy to stay at Novotel Pune again if an opportunity presents itself.
