Great location for the convention centre Unfortunately Dated rooms Poor breakfast option Reception staff rude and not knowing jobs well Based on this experience wouldn't stay again even if the cost is free. Probably Accor should go as far as removing the franchise.

Smelly bathroom and bad costumer service

I been in this aparthotel in January, on a business trip, and I stayed there with a colegue. On the first day we noticed a strong smell of urine that came from the bathroom/toilet area and it was obvious that the room had no ventilation at all and the smell was so strong that we could only assume that it came also from other apartments above ours (same pipes). So on the second day I mentioned this situation at the frontdesk and asked if someone could check it and do something about it (at least with an air freshener). To our surprise, when we came back to the apartment late at night, our windows were OPEN! So the hotel solutions was to open our windows (we could do that ourselves if it wasn't for the low temperatures this time of the year). The only thing nice about this hotel was the young man at the front desk on our last day there, Fernando. He was super helpful and nice and actually spoke several languages.

“After reading several negative reviews I was very anxious for my arrival at adagio, when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, reception staff was very friendly and check in was very smooth, and we managed to check in a hour earlier than stated! Clean hallways to the room and a lift! Our apartment when we got in was very clean and very modern, there was a few worn marks in the bathroom but nothing that impacted our stay. On our check out day there was a luggage room we could use as our flight was late in the evening, but I thought the check our time of 11am was very generous! We also had the breakfast once and it was very nice, clean and tidy with staff overseeing it and helping you if needed! Overall VERY happy with our stay and would recommend it to family and friends!

Been there last weekend and Monday with my wife and two daughters of 15 and 16. Six minutes walk to Metro Port de Versailles (line 12) and 10 minutes to Line 8 (Balard). We enjoyed our stay. We hadn't searched for airconditioning so it was very warm, but the Hotel was not to blame. The apartment was perfect, nice beds, even the sleeping couch was very good! Lift from parking lot (quite cheap) to entrance is perfect. You have to take another lift to your level (just like in most hotels). Secure as you will get personalised codes for both entrance and parking lot. Free wiifi in the rooms worked like a charm! Very kind communication with my friend (forgot to ask his name, but he is from African origine) at the front desk! We immediatly felt very welcome! I would definitly book again as this hotel did meet our expectations. And yes, some things could be better, like faucets in the bathroom, or airco (but I hadn't checked that option in booking.com). But hey, the price was very nice, a warm welcome, everything was clean and parking was cheap. Some people are complaining but this is Paris, the city of love, so please enjoy your stay!

Cleanliness, Location, and Modernity

I will preface this review by saying the accommodations were reserved by a family member with whom I was traveling; he chose the hotel based on price and proximity to someone we were visiting. Had I been planning the trip, I would have chosen a different hotel in a different location. The accommodations were rather reminiscent of my collegiate fraternity house in the united states. The floors showed water damage and/or mold in the bathrooms, there was a hole in the door from the entry/foyer to the sitting room, woodwork was damaged throughout, and overall cleanliness felt lacking. For a budget hotel designed for longer stays, none of this was surprising. The location posed a bit of a challenge for us, but this was a failure in our planning, not a failure of the hotel. The hotel is located outside of the main tourist center of the city; it is near two metros stops (Porte de Versailles and Corentine Celton), which are only serviced by Line 12. We ended up walking extensively because our desired tourist sites were not located close to stops serviced by Line 12 and we could not easily figure out metro routes without multiple transfers. If you are okay with walking long distances and/or multiple line transfers, this would not be a concern. If you are looking for a low-cost hotel with more space than a standard room and are okay with someplace that is worn around the edges and not centrally located, this hotel is adequate. If you are looking to be in the city center and prefer “American standard,” I would suggest booking someplace else.
