This hotel has bed bugs. Do not stay here!!!! I ended up with bites all over my face and arms. I alerted the hotel staff and they did nothing and it was clear that they already knew about the situation and are not doing anything to remedy it.
One star is too many for this dump. Avoid at all costs!

I do not recall having a worse experience at a hotel. This establishment is not even fit to rent rooms. Our suite had broken doorhandles, decaying furniture and moulding, broken doorhandles and no climate control to cool the room (just a flimsy fan/space heater for one part of the tiny two room suite). We had to open the windows and got riddled by mosquito bites. The bathroom furniture was decaying, toilet was also detached from the wall and there was peeling paint everywhere. The "suite" had two tiny twin beds pushed together and a very uncomfortable pull-out sofa bed. Upon arrival, we asked for three key cards because we were three colleagues staying there for a nearby event (the Adagio is near the convention center). We had separate evening plans and would be getting in at different times. They said they had a "key problem" and could only spare us one. We insisted and they still refused. All this for over 300 euros a night... unbelievable. I am only sparing my time to write this review to make sure other travelers avoid this place at all costs.

I like the concept of renting an apartment like a hotel room and it provides more room than a classic hotel room. However the premises were somewhat outdated and in need of being renewed. Overall nice stay, but could have been much better.

Great location for the convention centre Unfortunately Dated rooms Poor breakfast option Reception staff rude and not knowing jobs well Based on this experience wouldn't stay again even if the cost is free. Probably Accor should go as far as removing the franchise.

Smelly bathroom and bad costumer service

I been in this aparthotel in January, on a business trip, and I stayed there with a colegue. On the first day we noticed a strong smell of urine that came from the bathroom/toilet area and it was obvious that the room had no ventilation at all and the smell was so strong that we could only assume that it came also from other apartments above ours (same pipes). So on the second day I mentioned this situation at the frontdesk and asked if someone could check it and do something about it (at least with an air freshener). To our surprise, when we came back to the apartment late at night, our windows were OPEN! So the hotel solutions was to open our windows (we could do that ourselves if it wasn't for the low temperatures this time of the year). The only thing nice about this hotel was the young man at the front desk on our last day there, Fernando. He was super helpful and nice and actually spoke several languages.
