Hotel sehr zu viel teuer für den Aufenthalt; für den selber Preis in ganz Europa findet man besser immer in dem Accor Hotels-Kette... auch innerhalb der Schweiz. IBIS Budget soll NIE 100.- pro Nacht überschrenken. Zusätzlich den Hotel breucht dringend ein komplettes Umbau: die Zimmeren sind alt, gibt es Zeichen von Wucherei und Alterung und die Räume entsrprechen nicht mehr die Bedürfnisse der heutigen Touristen. Fehlt auch ein öffentliches Raum mit etwa Sitz- Warteplätze oder ein kleines Bar (gibt's Automatenmachinen aber ...) Bis es so weiter geht werde ich NIE MEHR ins IBIS Budget von Luzern übernachten bzw empfehlen.

**Das Zimmer** war leider recht klein und bot nur wenig Bewegungsfreiheit. Die **Dusche** erinnerte an die eines Kreuzfahrtschiffs – äusserst kompakt und beengt. Auch der **Parkplatz** war eng bemessen und dazu noch recht teuer. Das **Frühstück** fiel leider spärlich aus und liess in Auswahl und Umfang zu wünschen übrig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist hingegen das **Personal**, das durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend war – hier hat der Service gestimmt! 👏
