Such a clean friendly and accommodating place. All amenities available in well designed and furnished rooms (we stayed in a three bedroom, two bathroom, self contained studio). The only issue we confronted was who going to have the bedroom on the mezzanine floor !! Attention to safety was excellent - card in whether in car or by foot. Pool facilities suited to all age groups (our grandies loved the indoor facility). Immaculately clean each day. This was our fourth time at The Sebel and we are planning a fifth before grandies get too old ! Thank you.

We stayed in the 2 storey 3 bedroom accomodation which was clean modern and extremely spacious with a large courtyard. Location was excellent, right on the beach, 2 mins walk to the pub next door at the Broadwater where you get 10% off food. Staff were friendly and helpful and reception area is welcoming and modern. It’s a very secure resort and the two swimming pools are great with the indoor one being heated. Only thing that needs improving is the hire bikes , there is a great cycle path and some better maintained bikes would go a long way. Will definitely stay here again !

Accommodation was wonderful and lovely facilities. But.as a accor member being harrased to attend a sales pitch meeting is not good enough. I was asked about it when they confirmed my booking last week. We arrived at 2pm Thursday with in half an hour I got a phone call asking about attending a meeting I said I'd let then know. At 4.00 I got another phone call again pestering about this meeting. I was so annoyed at this point. I hate being pestered, if I had made the choice to go to this meeting. After the second call there was no way in hell I was going. To a sales pitch to spend more money. I'm very happy with what our membership provides us and don't need any further information. And as I said to the lady on the phone I was there for a holiday. I will never attend one of your meetings ever after this. Members should not be harrassed. I was very disappointed in how your staff kept pushing . The lady in the phone said I'm just doing my job. Harrassement shouldn't be part of a job description. She said you need to let us know as the spaces fill uo My husband walked past the meeting room the next day and what a surprise. Hardly anyone in there. we came to sebel to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. And it didn't start off well with your harassment. As you can tell Im not happy. Caroline Davis

Très bel hôtel en terme de chambres/ appartement : appartement: maison très bien équipées. Belle piscine extérieure et intérieur chauffée. Accès à la plage en moins de 5 minutes. Pas de possibilités de petit déjeuner. Vrai point négatif : aucun wifi !!

Accueil très aimable (et en grande partie en français !) alors que nous n’avions aucune réservation. On nous propose un très beau studio appartement avec lit Kingsize, kitchenette séparée et très belle salle d’eau/douche. Très beaux volumes, décoration soignée, peintures claires et récentes, excellente literie, petit frigo et de la vaisselle de bonne qualité. Tapis plain récent, sans taches et de bonne qualité. Le studio se trouve au milieu d’un petit resort avec terrains de tennis, deux belles et grandes piscines (une extérieure et une intérieure) et de très beaux jardins arborés et bien entretenus. Il existe un accès direct à la plage bien pratique. Deux bémols : 1) la connection internet dans les chambres (et aussi au lobby) est payante (minimum 10 AUD pour 2 heures en chambre). Un peu mesquin, alors que la plupart des hôtels l’incluent dans le prix de la chambre ; 2) dommage qu’il manquait une lampe de chevet sur une des tables de nuit, l’éclairage pour lire aurait été tellement plus confortable. Super rapport qualité/prix parce que la qualité est vraiment là et le prix tout à fait abordable.
