Lors de la réservation par téléphone, j’avais demandé si nous pouvions être 4 dans la chambre en hôtel de jour (pour 6 heures de repos). Nous sommes arrivés à 3 adultes et 1 enfant et c’est à ce moment qu’on nous a dit qu’il fallait une chambre de plus car c’est 2 adultes et 2 enfants max… il a fallu prendre une seconde chambre et aucun geste commercial n’a été fait

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it is apparent in this case that we fell short, were you needed a day use room for a short stop over. We do give very specific information about the number of allowed persons in the hotel rooms as it is important information in case of an emergency and therefore the rooms are only for 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 16. I will speak with the front desk to always explicit mention this, in order to avoid such misunderstanding as in your case. Please accept my apology on behalf of the team. L’air climatisé était mauvaise dans la chambre et nous ne pouvions ouvrir les fenêtres La chambre était trop petite pour 4 personnes pour un si long séjour alors que l’hôtel dispose selon les plans de chambres plus spacieuses Le parking à 23 euros par jours est trop cher et n’est pas mentionné dans le tarif lors de la réservation ce qui a augmenté notre budget de 92 euros pour le séjour Si j’avais eu connaissance de tous ces éléments, j’aurais réservé dans un autre hôtel

For your stay of 4 days in our house, your have chosen the standard Novotel family room with 22 m² . It is correct that we do have larger rooms with our executive category. May I ask if you spoke to our front desk, regarding your feelings about the room size and a possible room upgrade? On availability it is possible to have another room that better suit the independent needs of the stay. I will also speak with the front desk to be more aware of offering and asking our guests about fulfilling requests. Unfortunately, due to a technical error with the breakfast list, you experienced problems during the stay. I am very sorry about this inconvenience and I believe, we could have prevented this and actions have been made. I can also understand your disappointment regarding the unforeseen charges for the parking. We do inform about the charges online, but I will see if we can make it even more clear and prevent future occurrence. I cannot make these issues undone with my apology nor explanations. But I still hope you had a good time with your family in our Novotel surroundings and that you will continue to visit our brands in the future. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Hôtel bien situé à moins que 10 min en trajet bus ligne MVV 635 toutes les 20 minutes depuis les deux terminaux de l'aéroport. Bon accueil, bonne literie, chambre calme, boissons chaudes gratuites au petit matin. Très content, excellent rapport qualité prix!!

Problème de carte d'accès qui ne fonctionne pas, la personne à l'accueil nous a fait faire plusieurs aller-retours à la chambre sans réussir à nous faire rentrer dans la chambre attribuée (nous n'étions pas les seuls dans cette situation) et nous a en a finalement donné une autre. En règle générale, les cartes sont assez capricieuses, autant dans l'ascenseur et les escaliers que pour rentrer dans les chambres. Salle de restaurant ouverte qu'à moitié, pas beaucoup de places alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde. Pas de cocktails. Repas très bon cependant. Devoir tout payer immédiatement n'est pas pratique non plus, il est impossible de mettre les consommation sur la chambre et d'éditer une seule et même facture. Ça résonne beaucoup dans les chambres, on entend les voisins marcher (personne au-dessus car au dernier étage). Choix un peu léger au petit déjeuner, et on vous débarrasse la table presqu'avant que vous finissiez de manger...

I am so sorry to hear about the problems with the room key and it is not acceptable that you were forced to come back to the reception several times. I will speak with the front desk manager about this and how to handle such situations better. Furthermore we are working on a sustainable solution with the key cards. If the guest provide a credit card for authorization for extras such as restaurant bills, it is not a problem to charge to the room bill. In your booking information in our system, I believe to see that no authorization were made on arrival and this explains why it was not possible. This could have been changed easily at the reception on your request. I apologize for the inconvenience this coursed you. We are very pleased that you still rate your stay with us so high and we hope we may greet you soon again, as I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. Arrivant tard à l’aéroport de Munich nous avons opté pour le Novotel qui se situe juste à côté. Nous avons appelé pour savoir comment s’y rendre depuis l’aéroport mais la personne ne savait pas trop… sachant qu’il n’y a qu’un seul bus pour y aller qui passe toutes les 20 minutes. Même réponse quand on lui a demandé s’il y avait des transports pour la ville. Dommage

15 mn pour obtenir ma chambre à l’accueil et aucune restauration possible des 22h30, pas de room service

We are currently experiencing increased waiting times on arrival due to the current requirements for control of vaccination certificates followed by clarification of the situation and we ask for your understanding. Furthermore due to the restrictions, our restaurant is closing at 22:30 H. For guest arriving late we do have a offer of cold and hot snacks at the lobby to take to the room. We could also have wished for another option, but the persistent situation cannot allow us to extend the opening hours for the hotel bar at the moment.
