Le parking est hors de prix pour quelques heures. Impossible d’avoir une tisane au bar le soir, il faut la chercher soi meme au spa…mais sans eau chaude car c’est visiblement trop compliqué. Pas au niveau pour un novotel

Bonjour, Pas de room service. Il faut se réchauffer soit même sa pizza. A ce prix là on attend un minimum. Rapport qualité/prix déplorable. J'avais réservé une chambre avec petit déjeuner, mais je suis descendu à 05h30 pour le prendre et celui-ci n'ouvrait qu'à 6H00. C'est dommage que pour un hotel à proximité d'un aéroport il n'y ait pas des horaires plus important comme il peut se faire dans les autres aéroport, donc je n'ai pu petit déjeuner. Ce n'est pas digne d'un service qu'on attend dans un novotel.

Having to prepare your own meal and then not being able to enjoy the breakfast you had booked due to your early departure is certainly disappointing – particularly in an airport hotel where flexibility is essential. I would also like to mention that we do offer breakfast takeaway lunch boxes for guests departing before 6:00 a.m. It is truly unfortunate that you were not informed about this option, and I completely understand how this added to your disappointment. Please accept my apologies for this lack of communication. Your comments regarding value for money and service are taken very seriously. What you describe is not the level of experience we aim to provide, and we clearly fell short during your stay.
