Dear Ms. L., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Munich Airport. While we are pleased to know that you appreciated the quietness of your room and enjoyed our fries, I am truly sorry that several aspects of your stay fell well below your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies that the bed for the third guest had not been prepared upon your arrival. Having to make a bed yourself after a long journey is simply unacceptable and certainly not the experience we want to provide. I also regret the missing pillow and understand how these oversights negatively affected your comfort. Furthermore, I am sorry that you found the room lacking in storage space and did not feel it offered the value you expected. We also appreciate your comment regarding the avocado in your salad, which has been shared with our kitchen team to ensure greater attention to ingredient quality. Your comments have been discussed with the relevant departments, particularly our housekeeping and restaurant teams, as they highlight areas where we must improve. We sincerely regret that we were not able to provide the level of experience you expected as an ALL member. Thank you once again for your honest feedback.
