Accueil tendu: en effet c’est la 1ere fois que l’on me demande de régler la chambre le 1er jour et totalement sans disposer d’une facture!! Je trouve cela incorrect et non justifiable. Bien sûr que l’on prenne une empreinte de CB est tout à fait légitime. La personne « Christina »était particulièrement mal aimable. Je viens souvent à Munich et ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

Hôtel situé à 20/25mn de Marienplatz (10mn métro U6 + 12mn de marche). Séjour agréable mais pas de early check-in ni de surclassement.
