Nous avons passés 1 nuit dans votre hôtel : Au niveau de la chambre, mobiliers un peu vetuste Pour la salle de bain, impossible de prendre un bain vu le trop faible débit du robinet de la baignoire (il faudrait au moins 30 min pour la remplir !!!). Et il faut vraiment revoir ce pommeau de douche dont l eau s échappait de partout ! (Chambre 426) Enfin le petit déjeuner n etait pas tres varié dommage pour le prix (pas de pancake, pas de viennoiseries dignes de ce nom) Et pour terminer le gros point noir : la salle de petit déjeuner (hall d accueil) beaucoup trop petite ! Lors de notre séjour l hôtel semblait rempli, il y avait donc des gens dehors pour le petit déjeuner ! A revoir Ps : attention aussi, l accès au métro est plutôt a 15 voir 20 min de marche (via un parc où personnellement je n irai pas en pleine nuit)...

Pas de clim dans la chambre. Nous avons dû faire constater après nous avoir montré comment nous en servir….. On attend donc 30 minutes dans la chambre en ne touchant à rien pour changer de chambre. Il est par contre très agréable d’avoir une personne qui parle français. Merci à lui.

Le lavabo était bouché dans une chambre et dans l'autre le volet était cassé. Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel et ca n' a été réparé que pour la 3 e nuit ! du coup, on avait de la lumière pour les deux premières nuits...

Sans remettre en doute l’engagement du personnel, je doute néanmoins de l’efficacité du management : nous avons été « accueillis » par une réception vide, puis par deux salariées qui sont apparues en discutant entre elle sans avoir encore échangé un regard avec nous. Le checking s’opère enfin. Nous arrivons à l’étage : aucune de nos deux cartes ne fonctionnent. Magnifique (ok cela peut arriver). Découverte de la chambre qui est vendue comme un appartement avec coin cuisine. Pas convainquant. La literie du canapé lit est désastreuse : on sent les ressort métallique comme s’il n’y avait quasiment pas de matelas. Le lit double principal quant à lui a un accueil sympathique mais extrêmement ferme (adapté pour les personnes en surpoids). Pas de reproche sur ce dernier point (sauf canapé lit car on se réveille avec des maux de dos). Quand bien même les alèses étaient fortement tachées, la chambre étaient propres et correctement nettoyées avec une petite bouteille d’eau au réfrigérateur, gratuite, que nous nous sommes partagées à trois. Malheureusement il n’y avait pas de possibilité de régler la température de la chambre où il faisait franchement froid : mettre un pull à solutionner cet inconvénient. Format et chaînes télés au top. La nuit passe. On entend les supporters du match rentrer - cela donne de l’animation et fait partie de la vie à Münich ! Bon Petit-déjeuner malgré l’absence de vrai jus d’orange et du personnel d’accueil. Les tables sont propres et rapidement nettoyées. Conclusion : ce Novotel n’en porte que le nom et se situe davantage au niveau inférieur d’un Mercure. C’est décevant mais nous survivrons. Nous ne nous plaignons pas dans la mesure où le prix payé était équilibré avec les services rendus. Nous nous sentons cela dit trompés sur le standing de l’établissement qui nous autorisait à avoir d’autres attentes.

Le séjour n’a pas été si mauvais que ça si l’on mettait de côté le fait que la somme de 50€ en argent liquide à mystérieusement disparu, une somme qui était gardé dans une sacoche dans notre chambre, le personnel nous a dit qu’ils allaient traiter le problème, malheureusement depuis ses paroles nous n’avons plus eu de nouvelles de leurs parts. Sans doute une façon de vouloir enterrer l’affaire.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable et disponible. La literie était excellente. L'hôtel est bien situé avec une station de métro à moins de 10 minutes. Notre seul regret est que la chambre était un peu juste (en taille) pour 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et que l'air conditionné était un peu bruyant par moment.

J'arrive dans la chambre et je trouve la porte ouverte, la moquette est tachée et sale. La même si mise a fond ne refroidi pas. Lorsque j'en parle avec la reception on me dit que tout est normale, la clim met un peu de temps à refroidir la pièce. Je sors pendant 3/4 heures et reviens, la pièce est encore plus chaude (facilement au dessus de 30 degrés). On me répond que la clim fonctionne, d'ouvrir la fenêtre et de prendre un ventilateur. Pour un 4 étoile je suis sans voix.

Chambre bonne. Par contree gros point noir, chambre normalement disponible à 15h. Nous arrivons donc pour 15h mais on nous informe que la chambre n'est pas encore prête et nous invite a patienter quelques minutes. Après plus d'une heure et quart d'attente et de multiples relances la chambre nous est enfin donnée . Aucune compensation donnée (boisson pour attendre ou autre). Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel si je dois me rendre à munich

中心街ではないので少し不便かと思っていましたが、実際は静かな住宅／オフィスエリアで、各所へのトラムやバスの便も良く、近くにはスーパーマーケットもあり、大変快適に滞在できました。ただし、9日間泊まり、お掃除を毎日お願いしていたのですが、雑巾が忘れて置いてあったり、トイレ掃除がされていなかったりがありましたが、これは大したことではありません。 しかし、9日間のうち、無料のお水は最初の2日のみ、さらに枕、布団カバー、シーツの交換は一度もなく、夏でしたし清潔ではないのでベッド周りのリネン類は少なくとも1度は交換していただきたかったです。 1週間以上滞在で割引などされていたら納得いたしますが、滞在費は1泊の方と同じ料金を支払っていたので、この点は大変不満です。 また、アパートタイプのホテルということでアイロン室があったのですが、全く整頓されておらず、水道付きの部屋にアイロン台と物干しラックが乱雑に置かれているだけで清潔感もない上、肝心のアイロンは全くありませんでした。これならアイロンルームよりランドリールームがあるといいと思いました。 また、バスタブとシャワーがついていることは大変嬉しいのですが、物干しロープがついていると嬉しいです。 過去にも何度かノボテルスイートに泊まっており、木曜日の指圧マッサージを楽しみにしておりましたが、ここではそのサービスはなかったのが残念でした。 スタッフの皆さんは親切で丁寧でした。また、Rituals のソープ類は良かったです。ヘアコンディショナーもあったらさらに良かったと思いました。
