Ihad an incredibly comfortable stay at Novotel. From the housekeepers to upper management, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. You truly won’t regret your time here. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations and is within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates, making it a great choice for exploring the city. Dining Experience: There are several dining options to suit all tastes, including a meal buffet, an Italian restaurant, and a sports bar with a great menu selection. Amenities: • Free and easily accessible parking. • Rooms are well-sized, and our suite featured two small bathrooms, which was very convenient. • The gym is open 24/7, perfect for fitness enthusiasts. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service and excellent facilities. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I love everything about this hotel and I am somebody who stays at Atlanta Royale but when I have business, I always choose this hotel because it is in the best possible location. You’re absolutely everything and the management and the staff are absolutely wonderful. This is my third time staying and I did 14 nights and another 18 nights with this hotel. Maryam Aj Boas Are some of the honourable mentions that I really really had a great time with them. They accommodated my everything need they changed my rooms 10 times to make it fit my needs and I love the security and the house manager. Shella was the housekeeping manager who is absolutely incredible. She accommodatedall my needs. She Insured rooms are absolutely perfect and I love love love everything she’s done for me. I recommendherr 00%. and they’ve been so sweet to me. I will come back here 1000 more times everything is so professional. They really really try their best to make sure the guest feel so welcome.

I can definitely vouch for this hotel for a pleasant, comfortable and relaxed stay. Warm staff, great chef, good ambience and hospitable orderlies greeted our stay. Breakfast was quite good, although not lavish but had a good spread and linens were clean, soft and very spacious rooms. I would definitely stay again.. Keep up the good work folks..

Smelled smoke and toilets to small

From December 23 to December 30, we stayed with our family at the Novotel Suites Mall Avenue in Dubai. I reserved two non-smoking rooms. Upon arrival, we were given two rooms on the same floor, across from each other: rooms 229 and 230. When I entered room 229, it smelled of cigarettes, so I asked the receptionist for a different room. Unfortunately, the next room they gave us also smelled of smoke. Finally, they provided us with a third room, 312, which did not have any cigarette smell. My daughter, who stayed in room 230 with her two kids, also noticed a cigarette smell inside the closets. However, they decided not to use them. Another significant issue was the size of the toilet in the room. It was so small that I had difficulty using it and had to leave the door open. Additionally, the chairs and the sofa in the rooms were very old, and we chose not to use them. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Unfortunately, due to the issues with the smell and the toilet size, I may not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

"Great Stay at Novotel Suite Dubai Mall: Comfortable, Convenient, and Friendly Service"

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is located just a 10-minute walk from the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. The family suites are well-designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly. The international breakfast is quite good, but try to avoid going around 9 AM, as the Novotel and Ibis share the same dining area, and it gets very crowded with not enough tables inside. It’s better to go around 8 AM.
