First time for me to stay at this hotel in Al Barsha, I arrived about 9am and I had a room almost immediately, which was fantastic after a long flight. Ahmed at reception was exceptional, gave me a wonderful welcome, thank you. My room was lovely, all I needed was available.

I’ve stayed here for 4D/3N, overall the room is spacious and have everything you need specially if you are a solo traveller. Housekeeping requires improvement but I am happy that Ibis Management handled my concern regarding this and have taken my feedback professionally. The dining experience I had here is the main highlight of my stay. Both breakfast and lunch are shared facilities between Novotel & Ibis since they are same group of company of Accor. I want to commend two outstanding servers - Samuel and Naglaa. They always greet with with warm and friendly smiles! The food itself has been consistently delicious. While the lunch selections isn’t huge, it is always well prepared and flavourful. Breakfast offers wide selection including hot dishes, which is a great day to start with energy. This hotel is just walking distance to various restaurants and there is a carrefour grocery close to the building if you need anything. It is also very near Mall of the Emirates which I find extremely convenient.

Room was bit smaller than expectations! Very fast chack in/out. Quite and close to Mall of the Emirates. Sleeping quality 10/10. Very clean & hygienic. They providing glass bottle water as complimentary, this is the things only impressed me more then expectations. Staff are very friendly. See you soon
