My stay at Novotel Al Barsha was truly enjoyable, and a big part of that experience was thanks to the amazing staff at Anesya Café Java🧋.From the very first visit, the team at Anesya made me feel welcome with their warm smiles, professionalism, and genuine care. They were always attentive, quick to assist, and happy to accommodate special requests, which made every meal pleasant and relaxing. The café itself has a calm and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for enjoying food and coffe. The food was consistently fresh, delicious, and well presented, reflecting the high standards maintained by the staff. Their positive attitude and excellent service really stood out. The hotel stay was equally impressive. Novotel Al Barsha offers clean, modern, and comfortable rooms that make you feel at home. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall service throughout the hotel was smooth and professional. The location is also very convenient. Overall, the combination of a great hotel stay and the outstanding service from Anesya Café Java staff made my visit memorable and highly enjoyable❤️😍.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Al Barsha. Special thanks to Anesya at Café Java for the warm welcome, friendly service, and professionalism. She always made sure everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the staff were very helpful. I would happily recommend Novotel Al Barsha and would love to return 🔥😍🧳

I recently stayed at Novotel alBarsha and had an amazing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their warm welcome and exceptional service. They made us feel at home, not like we were in foreign place. It was truly a wonderful stay and I appreciate everything they did for us! Special thank to Mrs. KSENIA which she was the first person to meet at the hotel, we were so tired as our airplane delayed for more than 4 hours, she really made us forget all of that by her friendly way and her welcoming, really she is great 👍 ❤️ Then we went to breakfast, all the staff were really amazing ,friendly, and always smiling! I would like to Special thanks to Day, Cludette, Mohammed , really they are amazing ❤️ IT WAS THE FIRST TIME AT NOVOTEL AL BARSHA BUT DEFINITELY WONT BE THE LAST !
