Fantastic hotel amazing experience. Would definetly come back. Turquoise restaurant is great and lovely relaxed atmosphere Rashid in the turquoise restaurant this evening has made us very welcome and also everyday at breakfast has been lovely lady called Zhun.

The positives about the hotel. The customer service is excellent especially our main contact Serah she couldn’t do enough for us thank you so much! It was my partners 50th birthday while we were there and the staff made his day perfect! All the staff in the restaurants are really friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. My teenage son especially liked the man that topped up his mini fridges every day. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but a big thank you to him too. The hotel and the staff were excellent and they didn’t disappoint in anyway. All of the staff deserved a 5 star rating! Unfortunately there are few negatives: I understand it’s a family hotel but there were so many crying and screaming young children. Especially in the restaurants during the evening the children were clearly tired and the parents were just letting them run around crying and screaming while they were sitting there drinking wine or recording themselves eating food rather than interacting with their children. I would say mainly social media influencers that seemed more interested in getting likes and views on their posts. No restaurant etiquette at all. Personally I think the Rixos would benefit from having areas in the restaurants where young children aren’t allowed and then the adults with older children can actually enjoy a family meal with out having a crying over tired young child sat next to them. Also the food in the buffet restaurants was a big let down. Especially at lunch and in the evening. Everything seemed very bland and repetitive or very dry and chewy especially the cooked meats. Definitely not a five star Buffett. The actual restaurants on site are lovely and we fully enjoyed them I would strongly suggest booking the restaurant for your evening meal. Would I stop at the Rixos the palm again? Unfortunately not even though it was a pleasant stay the negativities outdid the positives. As a family with older children I would not recommend this hotel it’s very much catered for families with young children.

A very friendly bar with friendly and welcoming staff. Had a very helpful conversation with Yatesh who helped us to plan our trip. Faith is also lovely. Nothing is too much for the staff here. They made our Christmas!

It was amazing experience, specially the bartender with nice show, the pineapple on fire, the maitre from beginning until the end was assisting us very well

We stayed at the Rixos for 3 nights to break up our journey back to the UK from Bali, The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways, the staff are always there for you when you need them and cant do enough to help, a special mention to Kumaran for his cheery assistance. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean, the food in both buffet and restaurants is of a very high standard and the pools are lovely and warm. All in all a very nice hotel, we would highly recommend it.
