Came here for the first time at half term we had a fantastic 3 bedroom room and used all the facilities there , the beach area is brilliant the staff are good and the food is of a very good standard we loved it and was good value for money so all in all good place

Our 4th time to this Paradise Island. The views from Rixos Palm is breathtaking and then you have the exceptional service from all the staff. Zaynah and Hazem were assigned to us from Checkin and were excellent and ensured all our needs were met even before asking! They smiled throughout and had the personalities. People is what makes a place to keep returning too! I hope for a 5th visit next year! Keep it up #rixosmoments

Having been to Dubai several times we knew this hotel as Ultra AI presents a different proposition so our expectations going in were adjusted accordingly from the luxury of hotels such as the Atlantis and Jumeriah hotels. The hotel has more a European 5* than a Dubai 5*. We stayed for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom family suite. The suite worked brilliantly as we have two older teens and having 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, separate bedrooms and the living area was all helpful. The room bar the bathroom were a good standard and we particularly liked the large walk in wardrobe. The service on the whole exceeded our expectations particularly the great colleagues in Bar 1 and Toro Loco. The manager of Bodrum, Gaurav was amazing on our stay and provided a service well over and above and was a definite highlight. Tickets to Aquaventure were great and saved lots on paying for tickets . We got taxis both ways which were easy and cheap. The couple of things that let our stay down were the concierge service which comes with the suites we found to be very limited and they could not secure a pool cabana for our entire stay despite asking at check in. We could not book all the al carte restaurants we wanted before arrival due to demand despite emailing 20days before. The location of this hotel is also very out the way, had we never been to Dubai and wanting to do lots of sight seeing I think the journey back and forth would have been quite annoying.

Everything here is perfect, the service is awesome, who ever needs help they are right there to help him , and the management of the cars that take you from each point is really helpful and the end of the beach the lifeguard is very clever he will tell u everything u need to know about the sea.
