Everything was perfect , the services were excellent 👌🏻 we enjoyed our time there . Malak from the guest relation was verry helpful and always replying on time . She went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Highly recommended

Had a fantastic stay at the Rixos, first time here, will definitely come back. We had a waiter at the pool Widi, so helpful & always smiling. We also had a fantastic waitress Hema, nothing was to much bother a happy a very friendly girl. They are credit to the hotel.

Second visit in a 3 bedroom suite. This time for my wife’s 50th and New Year. Great time again but the New Years Eve buffet and party was absolutely outstanding! Still the same gripes about no alcohol in the suites building and the ridiculous cabana reserving policy but hey they’re not going to change it!

Here at the moment ,fantastic , slight issue with room that was our fault and the check in staff soon sorted us out no problem and we moved to a sea view room 5th floor big modern spotless room overlooking Dubai could not have been more helpful. 4th stay here over a number of years and it gets better every stay.Food great ,Staff great , nothing too much trouble Big thanks Claire & paul

Came to Rixos for a child free 40th.. couldn't fault it.. Service has been out of this world.. We were never without a drink in hand.. cocktails are lovely!! Widitatam by the pool kept our favourite cocktails coming And was always polite! All pools were a great temperature, slightly heated.. refreshing and also comfortable.. helped the swim up to the swim up bar.. A big mention also to the team at Exclusive Sports Club were all very friendly! Cheikh spoke to us daily and was very friendly took us out paddle boarding And the pool exercise class. We seem a couple of other classes which looked fun and would have done if we were here longer. Tbh I can fault any staff from opening the car door going in and out of a taxi to the service in each restaurant!! Room views are also stunning.. We've had holidays in a few ikos hotels Ans definitely compatible in terms of service.. Hope to return!!
