We went to the Turquoise restaurant for breakfast daily. It was lovely. Huge food selection and the staff were amazing. Couldn’t do more for us. They were great with the children & babies. Anadi looked after us well x

1st night in Hotel & dined in Restaurant Turquoise the food was absolutely fabulous. The selection of Sushi was incredible. My daughter had pasta cooked fresh & she said it was the best pasta she ever had, Have to mention the deserts 😋 they were out of this world! Our server was Art & he was so attentive and made the overall dinning experience truly fabulous!

Our stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai has been nothing short of exceptional. We travelled as a family with our two young children (aged 4 and 1), and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely looked after. Before we had even fully settled in, we were welcomed with a beautiful surprise in our room — balloons and a cake arranged to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a truly special stay. The resort strikes the perfect balance between luxury and family comfort. The facilities are outstanding and clearly designed with families in mind, allowing parents to truly relax while children are entertained and cared for. Everything feels seamless, well organised, and thoughtfully planned — a place where both adults and children can genuinely enjoy themselves. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The level of service is outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and every interaction feels personal rather than transactional. We would especially like to thank the teams at A La Turca, Turquoise, Kids Club, and Breeze Bar, with a special mention to Khem, Janaka, Jithu, and Tushita, who were absolutely fantastic and made our stay even more memorable. The team at A La Turca deserve particular recognition. As vegetarians, we were incredibly impressed by the care and attention shown to us. The staff went over and above to ensure the food was not only suitable but genuinely excellent throughout our stay. While I didn’t manage to get everyone’s name, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire A La Turca team for their thoughtfulness and exceptional service. Our room was immaculate throughout our stay, and our room attendant Jatinder did a superb job — consistently attentive, friendly, and meticulous. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — spotlessly clean, modern, and feeling very fresh. There is so much to do for the whole family that the days fly by effortlessly. The evening shows were a real highlight: high quality, engaging, and something we genuinely looked forward to every night. After spending a week here, both my wife and I agreed that we could easily stay for another week without ever feeling bored or restless — which says a lot about the variety, atmosphere, and overall experience Rixos The Palm offers. A truly luxurious yet family-friendly resort with exceptional service and attention to detail. We leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to returning.
