Really good. Really enjoyed it. I only stayed to sleep but very confortable bed and great high street view. Good breakfast.

Great hotel at a reasonable price. Second time staying. Fantastic location for city centre and Cowley Road. Room comfortable, breakfast great and good value and helpful staff. Bedroom was a bit hot but that was the only flaw.

An easy bus ride or walk in the heart of the city. Located very close to all the attractions and historical buildings you wish to see in Oxford. Also many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. We loved our stay here, excellent room, there is a bar and brasserie as well and lifts to get bags to rooms. Very fast internet for Accor members and a big TV and a small fridge. Reasonably priced and great staff.

Restaurant is not good enough

I was staying in this hotel, and went in to the restaurant to get lunch at 1:30. The cook was not there (even though the hotel website says its restaurant is available from 7 am to 22pm) and still wasn’t there at 2:30. So no lunch! Not good enough! And several items listed as available on the hotel website are not on the current menu anyway.

My ensuite bedroom was spacious. comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious and location perfect. The atmosphere however is a little corporate and some of the decor and furnishings could definitely do with an upgrade.
