I stayed here many times over the past few months and the staff are all fantastic, especially Lama, big shout out to the main man in the restaurant, always on hand with great service 🤙🏼

Nice hotel in the middle of the city center, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Clean spacious rooms and great service by Marissa and Hind.

Nice hotel, close to station. Reception staff Marissa and Hind were super efficient and very welcoming. Such a nice change to the usual reception one gets. Hats off they did a great job.

Not 4 Star Hotel

Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Its tired and rundown. carpets stained, leaking shower head, sauna was not operational at the time, pasts of the lift interior sticky taped, and if you have a largeish car its almost impossible to fit in their car spaces. Staff on check in were not overly welcoming and felt like for of a hinderance. Very tired and rundown hotel. Definataly NOT 4 Star. 3 at best.
