Today we had our Xmas meal through work at Norton grange. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The meal was very tasty too. Thankyou Mo and Fatima for your top notch service.

I had my wedding at this hotel on 30/11. And let me say how absolutely wonderful it was. Not only was the room excellent, service great and food amazing. The atmosphere was great, soft welcoming and so very warm. The staff is so attentive and kind, professional and efficient. We were so very impressed by how they remembered every allegen and prefernce. They even addressed by husband by name without him needing to introduce himself to staff. The brought out a high chair for a guest baby. They even replaced my and my MOH food because she was helping me so her food got a little cold. These kind of moments make the difference. The grotto and grounds were picturesque so the perfect location for a fairytale wedding. Shockingly having our wedding here such excellent value for money that I had my dream wedding at 60% of my projected cost. This is such a complete and well structured package and makes for excellent value for money without needing to cut corners. Some special mentions: To Muhammed who ran such a tight ship and was a true gem. He left no space for anything but the best memories to be made. To GM Raama (may have spelt this incorrectly) your humility and absolute joy at making my day special even delaying your going home after your shift to be in my photos didn't go unnoticed. You saw I needed help and put me first for that I am grateful. To Charlotte, my darling, you started as a stranger and became a friend. You made my dream day a reality and stood with me through out. It was like having my sister with me. You carried all my stuff and kept me warm and tea'd up on a frosty Novembers day. Thank you thank you thank you. Norton Grange hotel and Spa truly know how to creat memorable event a reality and takes excellent care of their brides and grooms and the guests. Would a trillion time recommend.

For 24 of us on a two-day course, we were well looked after by all the front-of-house team, and it’s clear how well the back-of-house staff worked too. Special thanks to Carol, who made sure the “magic happened” - refreshments and conference facilities were delivered exactly to schedule, allowing us to focus fully on the purpose of our course. Our private dining experience was outstanding - Mohamed and his colleagues paid superb attention to detail, from the thoughtful place cards with pre order reminders to the quality of the food itself.

I saw Ruby for a back and neck massage and facial as part of a spa day. Ruby was excellent, the massage was the best I have had in a spa. The facial was terrific, my skin is glowing today

Conference We worked with the team at the Mercure Norton Grange to host a 2 day conference for a team of 100 senior retail managers.We had sole occupation of the hotel throughout and we found the team to be understanding of our needs, and responsive to our queries at all times. The quality of service and hospitality throughout the duration of our event was without fault. Every team member we encountered offered a greeting or 'hello'. Special mention to Carol and Mohamed who went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. The food was hot and plentiful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Thank you to the entire team for their support both prior to and during our event.
