It was sleepable I give it that but I paid 191 cause of inflation of prices. The room was dusty and there was stain under my bed. It made me sick to my stomach. I complained and it felt like they put the blame on me

I don’t complain often but this needed to spoken about I stayed here late July this year and oh my god the standard was below the bar. I want to bring attention to the fact my room HAD been cleaned twice during my stay and on the last night of my stay I found a used condom in my room where the sanitary bags were kept in the bathroom and the staff did little to nothing to help they gave me a black bag and pair of gloves and said they couldn’t do anything as they didn’t have access to the housekeeping cupboard we had to use the hand soap in the room to clean everything down but I felt so incredibly dirty. If staff were to take the extra two seconds to check the room over this could have been avoided easily.

Comfy and good location!.

Stayed here as we had a trip to the Lowry to see David Jason, its about 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Got a double room for around £65 on a Friday. Its budget as you would expect, but it does the job, comfy bed. And i liked the separate toilet from the bathroom. Staff where friendly. I would defo stay here again when needing to go to places in this location, there was a tesco just along the road and a Mcdonalds just across from the hotel, and parking around the back of the hotel that was only charged at £14 a night. I would highly recomend this hotel!.

Bug Hotel 🤮

Stayed in room 129. Really poor standard. To my surprise I was not alone!!! Bedbugs crawling all over the bed. Unknowingly squished a couple after waking up with that something on my skin sensation. On third occasion I decided to take a closer look. Lights on and camera in hand. Witnessed a large infestation of critters on and under the bed. Truly disgusting. Packed up and got the hell out of there. Night manager was too calm for my liking, almost as if it was normal. Although, he did give me a full refund and a bottle of water for my trouble! 😁 Also, got hounded by the homeless every time I went outside and the stench of marijuana was awful. Up your standards IBIS. Simply not good enough. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
