Exceptional value for money , we booked through secret escapes, on arrival used the spa facilities which were very good and clean. Room was in main part of hotel, very spacious and comfortable, just the right temperature too. ( just needed few high cobwebs on light fitting attending too but this was very high up,) Menu was very limited , personally I enjoy vegetables with my meals and there were non really served which I found odd as I’m not a big potato eater, with hindsight would have asked for something off bar menu as food served was also extremely salty. ( may just be our opinion) Desert was delicious as was the homemade breads served prior to starters. Breakfast was well organised and delicious and the restaurant setting has a lovely ambience both evening time and morning, Would definitely return as we had a lovely relaxing Sunday

We decided to have a large anniversary function at Albrighton Hall Hotel. It couldn't have gone any better. The service, food and venue was excellent. The staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend for large gatherings. Will definitely keep the venue in mind for future events. Thank you

The location is good, in the countryside, but close to Shrewsbury, and the building itself is attractive. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and had good bed and shower. Both the evening meal and breakfast were exceptional. We used the spa and, although the pool is quite small, it is adequate and all the other facilities in the spa were great. A very enjoyable stay and excellent value using a voucher deal.

Shabby Leisure Centre Facilities

Used the leisure centre and again just want to reiterate that the gents changing rooms have over 50 lockers but still only maybe 6 lockers with keys all bunched in a corner, lockers need repairs and keys replaced. The rest area in the leisure centre reception area has seats that are falling apart and an embarrassment plus the drinks machine is a total rip off with drinks at £1 a cup but you only get a very small amount. This has the makings of a great centre but is shabby in most areas!!

Poor experience. Here on business and was given room 21 on the top floor which is a pain as no lifts ( or we didn’t know about them ) So had loads of stairs to contend with, with luggage. Room tiny, bed tiny. Just not adequate. Room was clean though. I wanted a bath and no plug. Asked reception for plug and was promised one. 40 minutes later and still no plug and time is ticking away as we are going to dinner. Then try calling reception only for nobody to answer. Then husband has to go back downstairs and collar a manager who didn’t seem to understand what a flipping bath plug is.
