Realice una reserva con 2 habitaciones. No nos dieron habitacines conjuntas, aunque la reserva estaba realizada con mucha antelación. Podrian haberlo prevenido. En el momento que llegamos nos dijeron que no habia. El agua caliente no funciono correctamente en los 4 dias que estuvimos. Eran conscientes y nos hicieron un descuento en la estancia y se ofrecian a pagarnos el desayuno de los 4 huespedes.

Únicamente buena situación, pero no recomiendo para nada este hotel, el nivel D. mantenimiento es deplorable, podría empezar y no acabar, mala climatización, sin presión D. agua, muebles viejos, TV antigua que se veía a ratos, por el precio pagado la relacion con la calidad es mala, se han dormido por tener el hotel en un sitio bonito y céntrico, pero nada recomendable.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, y la habitación en la que estuvimos era muy silenciosa y tranquila lo cual lo apreciamos bastante. El agua caliente de nuestra habitación funcionaba muy mal, casi no salia caliente, en pleno invierno. Luego de hablar dos veces con el personal logramos que nos cambien a dos habitaciones, más chicas pero que el agua caliente funcionaba.

Me alojo en el hotel cada vez que viajo a Viena. Las instalaciones son muy buenas; las habitaciones, muy confortables y el personal, súper atento. El desayuno ofrece variedad y calidad. Además se encuentra muy cerca de la estación Wien Mitte que conecta con el CAT al aeropuerto y con muchas paradas de tranvia, bus y tren.

Esta propiedad requiere de una renovación profunda, empezando por sus áreas públicas, amenidades, el mobiliario de sus habitaciones hasta el correcto funcionamiento de la electricidad inclusive. Revisando publicaciones más antiguas en TripAdvisor conocí que esta situación no es nueva, esto significa que la gerencia o propiedad del hotel simplemente ha hecho caso omiso. No es creíble que este hotel sea categoría cuatro estrellas.

Aunque está bien ubicado el baño estaba deteriorado y no había casi presión en el agua de la ducha. Creo que en general no es un hotel 4 estrellas o por lo menos no se parece a otros 4 estrellas en los que he estado
