The customer service was amazing. The room, gym, and family room were aesthetically pleasing and extremely clean. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Situated in a great location. I would highly recommend Novotel to family and friends.

Poor experience with the room. Heating not working and the vanity design is awful.

The staff are the most loveliest people, we had valet parking and they were very accommodating. The people who serviced our room did an amazing job and the cleaners that we spoke to briefly were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows and the room was spacious. An overall wonderful experience
