We enjoyed 7 wonderful nights at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach. It would be impossible to single out any single staff member as we had nothing but exceptional friendly & attentive service from every single staff member at check-in/out, pools, restaurant, security guards, staff cleaning the rooms, the staff you would bump into around the hotel etc. The staff were always willing & able to help with a smile. In the restaurant, they even noticed if one of us was not there. Location is perfect - right across from the beach but also within walking distance of markets, and restaurants/cafes, shopping malls etc. Breakfast has a huge variety to choose from. Different dinner themes every night. It's a shame children (even supervised) are not allowed in the Infinity pool but not a big issue. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Pullman Bali Legian Beach

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week, love it SO much!! The staff are beautiful, very helpful especially Astiti, she helped us from check in to check out day!!! We celebrate our daughter birthday and she organised everything for us!!! Thank you so much we have a very good and memorable stay. Arsana from the restaurant team Lao very helpful and kind. Will definitely come back again!

New year at the Pullman Beach Legian

We had a truly sensational stay at the Pullman and cannot recommend it highly enough. Travelling as two women together, we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. There was a visible security presence around the perimeter, which was reassuring without ever feeling intrusive. The location is fantastic — directly opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. It made getting around simple and stress-free. The food was outstanding. There was an incredible variety, from the generous buffet breakfasts to the evening dining options. We were there for New Year’s Eve and the space-themed dinner was absolutely fabulous — such a fun, well-executed night and a real highlight of the trip. The staff across the resort were attentive, friendly, and genuinely obliging. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and that warmth really made the stay special. The day spa was wonderful. I did the three-day wellness program and loved it so much that I went back for an additional facial and foot massage — pure bliss and exactly the pampering I needed. The pools were fantastic — clean, well maintained, and inviting — as were the beautifully kept grounds. Loved the sunset from the roof top pool . Even spotting the occasional sneaky squirrel in the trees added to the charm. The bars were also lovely, especially for happy hour. All in all, a relaxing, safe, and memorable stay. We would absolutely return, and are planning in 6 months to escape the cold here in Sydney. I’ve added a few images of my experience.

Pullman Legian Bali Hotel was outstanding for the 7 days we visited Bali. The customer service was excellent i.e., professional, helpful & courteous for instance Sari and Bella among others were great. At the reception, the staff were eager to assist/inform us for instance Astiti was extremely helpful. Overall the staff were professional, considerate, and caring. The spacious, modern, & quiet rooms were very clean on arrival & cleaned well everyday. The restaurant dining for meals at the buffet and à la carte were tasty. The location is perfect surrounded by restaurants, convinent stores, and a mall within walking distance. Plus, with a clinic on-site, in case of any need, you can be attended to, knowing this was comforting because it is a great amenity especially with children. The atmosphere was very nice, warm, and calm. Yes, you do get value for your money and would highly recommend it.

Great location, food, drinks, and room. Kids Club was brilliant - our little person loved it and begged to go each day. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Cocktails were wonderful! Really enjoyed the food, especially local dishes. This was exactly the family holiday we were hoping for. Looking forward to our next visit.
