Our stay was a short one as we transited back through Kuta/Legian from the mountains for a flight the following day. The pool is great. The restaurant leaves a little to be desired, portion sizes are good, but the quality of the food is average. Breakfast was especially disappointing as the pastries & waffles were dry, the fruit selection sparse and watery. Eggs were cooked fresh which was the highlight. The service was ok, although when we hooked the front desk to ask for clean towels, none turned up, so I walked to the front desk to ask.

Good ti stay in this hotel. Such a great stay. Thank you for all the staff that have been give ya good service. The rooms ok and my family was confy. Bext time we Will come back again at the other occasion. The food just need little bit variation..

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were even more amazing. A special call out to the following incredible staff who have become more like family. Very affordable price with excellent work done. The back and shoulder massage was great and really relieved all the tension in my body. Dwi did an excellent job. I highly recommend it. I would really love to do this again if I had a chance. Great job.

Dwi and Lena from the Spa were incredible and very welcoming, very thorough massages and facials at a reasonable price! Very relaxing, thankyou for the lovely experience, perfect for holidays. Lots of services offered and very easy to book through the hotel reception.
