The location was excellent—situated on a busy street right by the beach and surrounded by plenty of eateries, cafés, and bars. It’s within walking distance to the mall, night market, and walking street. All the staff were friendly and extremely polite across every department. I also felt very safe with security guards stationed at the hotel entrance 24/7. A special thanks to the reservation team for coordinating the beautiful decoration in our room as a surprise for my 40th wedding anniversary. Great job and well done. Thank you!

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The room was cozy and clean, although not too spacious. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Kuta's city center. But the highlight was the rooftop pool, which offered stunning sunset views! The rooftop restaurant was also top-notch, with delicious food and a romantic ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Only few minutes by walk from beachwalk mal. Just across the street for kuta beach.

A truly exceptional experience, the staff were incredible, every one of them are so kind and helpful! The hotel is so beautiful and relaxing, I would definitely recommend staying there!

Its good place trust me. If you looking near by airport or kuta are this one recomended and i really love the service his name is bagus, i think from reception. When i back i will book this hotel

Very nice sunset pool view,room very comfortable but i'am alone vocation at mercure maybe sometimes i Will back here on vocation again with my girlfriend
