I regret to report that my recent stay at Ibis Mall Avenue Dubai fell short of expectations. The room provided was considerably smaller than portrayed in the promotional images, and the overall atmosphere did not align with what was advertised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested an early checkout, no clear guidance or support was offered regarding the possibility of a refund. Despite checking out two days ahead of schedule. The lack of professionalism and assistance was disappointing, and the overall service experience was unsatisfactory. Based on this, I hope the management will take this feedback seriously to enhance the experience for future guests.

Bad Experience at the restaurant

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel during my stay. I had booked a half-board package for my stay, and while the check-in process was smooth and I appreciated the assistance from Ahmed at the reception, my dining experience was far from satisfactory. On my second day, I missed breakfast and decided to go for lunch. I ordered the burger and fruit salad from the set menu. Unfortunately, I had to wait for over 50 minutes for the burger to arrive. During this time, the waitress who took my order disappeared, and I was left with only the manager (whom I believe was Naglaa) to ask about my order. Every time I inquired, I was told it would be ready in "just 5 minutes," but this turned out to be untrue. When the burger finally arrived, it was not cooked to my preference (I had requested it to be well-done) and was soggy with water, making it inedible. I also did not receive my fruit salad, and there was no waiter available to speak to regarding the issue. At this point, I decided to leave, but I did briefly speak with Manager Naglaa, who did make an effort to resolve the situation. While I appreciate her attempt to fix the problem, I was in a rush due to my upcoming flight, and the experience left me feeling very disappointed. As I had paid for my lunch and expected better service, I feel that the lack of attention from the staff and the overall quality of service were not reflective of the standards I anticipated. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not think I will choose to stay at any Ibis hotel in the future.
