Value for money , it's accessibility to Deira City Center Mall and near the Metro, rooms are clean and above all the staff. Ms. Jyogiri from the front desk was amazing . Pool is small but according to the property size that's understandable See you soon.

Переночевал одну ночь. Завтрак необходимо улучшать. В Radisson он лучше на порядок. В следующий раз остановлюсь в Radisson. Мебель необходимо обновить. В тоже время персонал Novotel работают нормально и.. хорошо.

We have been staying at Novotel for a few times now whilst on holidays, and it’s been so enjoyable that we don't want to go anywhere else. Each time, our stays have been wonderful as the staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is centrally located: walking distance to deira city centre mall, as well as Metro, shops, pharmacies and dining are all well within walking distance Big and clean rooms The food is great and all services excellent We celebrated our wedding anniversary and to our delight we were surprised with a cake Thank you Ms Shanika and all staff for making the occasion so special We would definitely recommend this hotel and cannot wait for our next stay

Enjoyed my upgarde to an executive room as an ALL member. The rooms are nice. The bathroom door is close to bed and it'd be better if directed to the other side. The rooms are clean and teh housekeeping teams are doing great job. The breakfast is too crowded as the hotel is generally crowded. It is close to Deira City Center. The welcome drink was not offered in a friendly way at Vertigo. The reception team was nice and helpful. In general. It is a godd stay and could come back in te future.
