very nice hotel, and very convenient for airport. Nothing really to fault, although i wish i had avoided the perfume concession, where i inadvertently grossly over-payed for hair mist presuming I was getting perfume. Gym looked nice - pool was unusable in >40C weather - but that's a Dubai issue rather than the hotel.

BEST SERVICE ... Had a great time with family ... the buffet breakfast was simply superb but can include more Asian food . We had great time at the pool with kids. I really appreciate the room service. All staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation. The check-in service is good. There is not much waiting time. The front desk staff are very helpful. The room service staffs are very fast in responding to our request, only concern is under ground parking facility and it access and cleanliness.

Very accommodating, They are friendly, I liked their rooms its classy and clean… I will definitely comeback again. I am quite impressed when i came back from the pool, because they have sent me some complimentary sweets , and some fruits i liked it very much.. and I love their foods its delicious so many options to choose. And the swimming pool is my favorite because its clean and with good ambiance and bery helpful life guard they are so friendly so I will definitely comeback.

I really appreciate the vibes and experience that I had me and my wife on my birthday celebration .. Extremely neat and clean hotel and the staff was really friendly with out no expectations but I have dealed with th following responsible staff: Abdelrahman ( pool life guard ) Kim (reception) Min (Taky bar Captain) Shoaib (Room Services) Chaturi (front desk) Irfan (house keeping) Nazural (maintenance team) And the staff of the car parking was very effective and fast in case you are In hurry they will be very fast to get your car Thank you so much guys you have gave me the best vibes of birthday and thank you for your compliments you are the best .. highly recommended and I start with my family already to invite them to stay there in their coming visit.
