Pullman residences has always been my go to hotel to stay at whenever I come to dubai. 10/10 services. All the staff and especially Mahmoud from the reception, aminda from concierge and Hom and his colleague Binu from housekeeping were very nice, friendly and polite, they made us feel at home and they were very good at doing their jobs. Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful and I’ll definitely come back soon xx

Please note that this hotel is attached to the main hotel and is in the residence part, everything is excellent and clean with good access and excellent facilities in your room, the only problem is the way to get to the restaurant is that you have to go through the City Center parking lot, of course in front of The facilities they offer you is a minor problem

Wonderful stay at Pullman Deira City Center Residence. My family was very happy and was perfect choice to stay there. Highly prefer for next booking. Maya from reception was amazing, she was so kind helpful..Anoop from concierge was fantastic. Definitely will come back.

Nice rooms good kitchen equipment. Closet could be renewed, but bedide thst all is perfect. Very polite stuff. Mr Mahmoud from reception is outstanding helpful person, polite, and eager to help. By next visit I will come back.
