Great hotel with a good location and excellent breakfast spread. Friendly staff especially house keeping team specially Mr. Jwel . The bath tub shower has to go! It’s archaic and very risky. Having ongoing renovations during peak season is a bad idea. Too much noise and disturbance in the meeting rooms and hotel rooms!

Everything is perfect at Pullman. Location, hotel amenities, service, and the attitude of staff. Feels better than home. The GM laura is amazing and so are the others. Asheni, you are a star. Я отдыхал с ребенком, возраст 1 год! Мне дали смежный номер, через дверь шел дым от кальяна каждую ночь, у малыша болела от него голова, я просил чтоб разобрались, мне извинялись, говорили что решим и ни чего ни кто не делал! В итоге когда надо было вылетать ребенок прокричал всю ночь от головной боли, и мы не спали из за этого, у меня поднялось давление! Если вы знаете что 8 этаж курит зачем селить нас с детьми на него! Я точно к вам больше не вернусь

We had three night stay in August. The location is convenient and is attached to the City Centre mall, Check in was quick and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious and with daily cleaning. Breakfast tended to be busy and there was queue on two days to get a table. Apart from that, the options were very good and service was fine. I would rate this 4/5.
