今回、こちらのホテルに滞在させていただき、全てが完璧で驚きと感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。今まで泊まったどのホテルよりも素晴らしい一流のおもてなしを受けました。まず、当日、フーコック島へ向かう飛行機に乗る直前に急遽予約し、空港送迎について問い合わせのメッセージを送ったところ、すぐに送迎の手配をしてくださり、たった1時間ほどのフライトにも関わらず、空港にお出迎えに来てくださっていました。驚きしかありません。また滞在中どなたに会っても、ゲストを大切にしていることが伝わる丁寧で温かい接客で、一度たりとも疑問や不安を感じたり嫌な気持ちになることがありませんでした。 部屋も華美ではなくアンティークな雰囲気を残しつつ、完璧な清掃と補充で、水量や水圧、温度、水はけ、臭いなど、水回りも何ひとつストレスを感じることがありませんでした。全てに手入れが行き届いている上質さを感じられました。たまたま隣のお部屋を清掃しているところを見かけたのですが、テラスの柵も一つひとつ拭き上げているのを見て、感動しました。またアプリ上でドリンクバウチャーが表示できなかった際も、すぐにレストランマネージャーの男性が私たちを信用してくださり、何の躊躇もなくウェルカムドリンクを提供して下さり、とても嬉しかったです。無料で開催されるアクティビティの質も高く本当に楽しかったです。 レストランの食事もとても美味しく、盛り付けも美しく、シェフが目の前で調理してくださる演出も本当に良い思い出になりました。 到着から出発まで、出会うすべてのスタッフがプロフェッショナルで礼儀正しく親しみやすく、ゲストの心理に寄り添って対応してくださることがとても嬉しく、感動と嬉しい驚きばかりでした。 世界中を旅して、アコーグループ以外のホテルやリゾートにも滞在していますが、ラベランダリゾート以上に素晴らしいチームに出会ったことがありません。 心からの感謝と賞賛をお送りしたいです。 私たちの中で、ラベランダリゾートに泊まることがフーコック島に行く唯一の理由になりました。 あまりの素晴らしさに、友人たちにもラベランダに行くことを強くおすすめしました。

朝食会場が快適で毎朝2時間過ごしました。朝食も豊富でおいしかったです。部屋のベランダで過ごす時間が幸せでした。 日没後、蚊が多く発生するのが難点です。ビーチの蚊対策を希望します。

スタッフは親切丁寧で、ホテルの環境などほとんど全てに大変満足しました。 ただ一つだけ残念だったのはドライヤーの風の強さが弱くてなかなか髪が乾かなかったことくらいです。 無料の料理教室、ワインレセプション、アフタヌーンティー、サオビーチも満喫しました。 半日のツアー（運転手）をレセプションで相談して良かったです！ とても満足しました。

かなり久しぶりの海外旅行にこのベトナムのフーコック島を選んだことを本当に満足してます。 しかもLA VERANDAは私達夫婦のリゾートホテルの理想を見事に表現してくれました。 フレンチコロニアルの施設に植物が生い茂る通路、、 時間が泊まったのんびりとした雰囲気、、、 明るく笑顔で振舞うマネージャーを初めスタッフの皆さんも本当に素敵でした 決して大きくは無いけど我々の想像するぴったりのホテル 毎朝食べるレストランも海を眺めながらゆっくりのんびり出来て最高の一時でした 又必ずや再訪します ありがとうございました！
