Badly managed and full of children

We stayed in a cabana room at this resort which was the 4th hotel during our time in Vietnam and 4 times more expensive than the others we stayed at. Disappointed with hotel and level of service received especially in comparison to all the others. On arrival the pre booked private transfer was not there, fine as luckily the shuttle bus was there. On getting to the room another guest was using our sunbeds and would not move so ended up having to move rooms. The resort is lovely and we had no issues obtaining a sunbed as in other reviews. The service, food and ambience are not. There are plenty of lovely staff however no management with lengthy waits for drinks and with a complicated system of allowances for our room, staff were not really good at knowing what to do. The restaurant, Mad Cow is expensive and the food was good but it is like a cafe style and full of children, we had to ask to move table which we did. The whole resort is filled with children and the only child free area is in the connectivity lounge for an hour a day. The family next to us had no problem allowing their children to shout and scream in the room from 6am every day which ruined our holiday. As there are 2 areas of cabana rooms it may be something the resort should consider and have one section as adult only. The resort is not responsible for the behaviour of children however it could be managed better. The whole resort is not managed properly and the food is not great, we ate in all the restaurants. I cannot recommend especially if you are a couple looking to spend some time chilling and dining in good restaurants. We would definitely not return.

We just spent two weeks at the Pullman Phu Quoc resort hotel and have to say this has everything for couples family and children at this resort , we have had the most amazing experience here , so much to do through the day and night ! The buffet breakfast is exceptional the variety is incredible ! The amazing huge pool the activities like foam party and the coconutz bar cresting amazing cocktails ! The white sandy beach is just so gorgeous snd relaxing and watching the incredible sunsets by the beach and from the roof top of the mad cow restaurant bar is breath taking and a must see!! The staff are so friendly and so helpful !! The villages around the hotel are a must to go to with an amazing night market and must do a hair wash or masssge at the spa too !!! Order coconuts they are just incredible ! The location of the hotel is perfect with shuttle busses taking you to sunset town a must see, vin world and safari is also a must snd the incredible fireworks laser shows the best in the world !!! Don’t want to leave but will be back ! Just a truly wonderful amazing fun experience !!! Thankyou 😊Thankyou Pear farm pepper farm and fish sauce farm is also a must and my favourite star fish island and the giant and longest cable car in the world is a must ! 😊

We had a wonderful stay and felt so well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choices each morning, and our room was clean and comfortable. When we had a concern, it was addressed promptly, which we really appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Pullman Phu Quoc is definitely a hotel worth staying at. The resort offers a beautiful environment, clean and comfortable rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a holiday. I would especially like to commend Hoai from the Guest Relations team for her outstanding service. She was very professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Her support and warm attitude truly made our experience more enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc and would be happy to return in the future.
