We stayed at the Pullman Phu Quoc Beach resort to take a break from a whirlwind Asia trip. It’s just what we needed. We enjoyed watching the sunsets at the beach, and having drinks at the lobby bar afterwards. When we ordered Botanist gin and tonic, the bar tender asked if we wanted to mix it ourselves or have them prepare it. We said we preferred to have them do it but with a cucumber. He said he needed to go to the kitchen to get some so it may take a while. We don’t mind waiting for a properly made gin and tonic. Service has been excellent and has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a true beach getaway. P. S. We didn’t really leave the resort to venture outside so can’t speak much of the island.

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights in Pullman Phu Quoc. It was a delightful experience from start to finish and the room, amenities and staff was brilliant. Huge resort area with beautiful beach area! Variety choice of restaurants. Breakfast was for Asia taste, not so many variations of European dishes . Especially. recommend top floor Mad Cow, very good and tasty dishes, burgers and sandwiches. Overall service level is top notch, sometimes little bit lazy and slowly. Special thanks to Tam who makes every moments at resort area memorable, he notice us every time and say hello and ask how we feel. Lovely touch of customer service!
