Spa massages were excellent, nghi and Cham were both skilled and professional. The spa decor and facilities were well designed, clean and peaceful. Everything was provided making the spa experience very good, I would not change anything in the spa

The experience in general was super good. Good food, drinks, service. Nice pool. Super beach. Amazing service!

Pullman Hotel was in general an amazing experience. Very good quality og luxury and service. Everyone working here is smiling all the time and make us feel very welcome in all kinds of mean. Salt n Pepper restaurant was amazing! Very good food and super service! Especially from Mai, Xuan, Ha and Anh! Fantastic!

Highly recommend: Great facilities, beautiful grounds, amazing food and super friendly staff.

We stayed for 8 nights, two adults and three teenage children. Resort is a 10 min drive from the international airport with free shuttle bus. Location is a short drive to activities on the south of island and about 45 min drive to the north end. It is out of the city area so fairly quiet however, the area is surrounded by new construction and weird empty buildings. It will be interesting to see how this develops over the next few years. The resort itself was excellent. Great facilities, beautiful grounds, and super friendly staff. We enjoyed an all-inclusive food and beverage package so ate almost every dish at Salt and Pepper Restaurant and the Beach House Bar (dining facilities included in our package). Food would have been quiet expensive for Vietnam standards had we not had this package. Variety and standard of food was excellent, providing both Vietnamese and Western options. Longest and best breakfast buffet ever! Our package included a spa treatment which was also first class - very professional and beautiful experience - Special thank you to Tuyen Han for your amazing treatment. The friendly staff may our stay extra special. Their personalised service, friendly tips and recommendations and smiling faces added an extra positive element to our stay. These staff were amazing and a credit to the resort: Vu Gro (Guest services), Tham and Van (Beach House) and Tranh Thao, Mai and Anh (Salt & Pepper). Would highly recommend this resort.

A wonderful resort in Vietnam. The resort was clean, comfortable the staff make this resort, they are so friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. They made our holiday. Special thanks to all the staff in Salt and Pepper dining, all magnificent. Highly recommend the on site Day Spa. The room was wonderful with a magnificent view, comfortable bed and great shower. The food and drinks were great, with once again wonderful service. We can not recommend this resort highly enough.

Best buffet and big pool

The biggest and best buffet breakfast with everything you can think of. Awesome pool area and private beach. Huge rooms with a big bath area. Resturants were nice and the food was a highlight. Mad Cow was definitely worth a visit, staff there were well trained, had excellent English and went above and beyond. There were a few small issues with staff communication in other areas - we booked a yoga class and when we went to it noone was there, when we contacted reception they said the yoga teacher was on holidays. We tried to hire bikes and were told we weren't allowed to by the pool staff because it might rain, when we contacted reception they made sure that the pool staff allowed us to book the bikes. Staff at the pool bar were a bit slow and uninterested. The beautiful surroundings and hotel more than made up for these little issues.
