We stayed here for 5 days, had a great time! We had a joined room, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a shared living room in the middle. Three rooms all have patio with partial ocean view. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and spacious, we are very happy with it! Buffet breakfast is fantastic, everything you can think of, western and Asian food, are all tasty! There is the other hotel restaurant by the beach, which serves lunch and dinner, food is great too! The property is huge, with swimming pools and private beach. The finest soft white sand beach we’ve seen. My husband is handicapped, couldn’t walk all the way to the beach. Hotel has buggies / golf carts, they would drive us to the beach and the restaurant which is helpful. The buggy doesn’t go outside of the property. Remind you, it’s a newly developed island. Besides hotel employees, most of the people hardly speak English. But people are very friendly and enthusiastic here, with Google translator and a smile, we got around without any problems. Right across the street from hotel, there are two small markets, few restaurants, massage salons… it’s convenient. On beach front, there are few nice restaurants within walking distance.

Check-in - The check in process took ages as most of the staff spoke very minimal english. Room - The rooms are spacious and clean. They offer good views on higher floors. Food - we had breakfast at their main restaurant. It was really bad, hardly any options for vegetarians. It was the most unorganized buffet that i have come across. No table mats on table, no cutlery on table, no separate spoons for sauces on the counters, fruits & bakery section food went out of stock. We had lunch at their beachside restaurant. Oh my! they brought half of our order, forgot the other half. When we inquired after one hour, they said they were sold out on those items. Pool - Only 1 slide was functional, not of the showers(Splashers) in the pool were working. Very underwhelming as the photos of their pool were the main reason for our booking. Overall - The island has many better hotels available as this price. Avoid this one for sure.

I have just spent 01-night stay at Premier Residence Phu Quoc. The location is very good and very close to the wonderful beach - Khem. The service and staffs are very nice that made me feel warm welcome since the first impression. Special thanks to Ms. Van - Receptionist and Mr. Duy Anh - Bellman, who offered the great check-in process and thoughtful assistance during out stay. The facilities of hotel is good in clean condition, especially the huge pool that made me feel relaxing so much. Breakfast is great with the variety of food. In conclusion, this hotel is one of the best hotel that I have experienced and surely, I will be back soon for my next vacation in Phu Quoc. Keep it up your good work, Premier Residence PQ!

We spent 10 days in this hotel in an apartment with a private pool. The apartment is very modern and nicely furnished and very clean. The private pool is nice and warm and is regularly maintained. In general, the whole hotel complex is very well maintained, clean and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet is very large and offers something for every taste - whether it's a typical Vietnamese breakfast, sweet pastries or bacon and omelette, there is everything your heart desires. The pool area is also beautifully designed and spacious. The best thing about the hotel, however, is the direct access to a private beach section. The sand is white and fine and the water is clear, turquoise and warm. You can even hire kayaks and beach toys. In conclusion it was a beautiful holiday which we would like to repeat.

Breathtaking morning sunrise views from our Apartment

We booked the Apartment 2 Bedroom with private pool. When we arrived it was Very hectic so many people waiting to check in, foyer / reception area was absolutely chaotic but in all the chaos was able to check in very promptly. There was some things that was missed but in saying that staff did well considering the craziness. We didn’t know where all the hotel amenities are such as the pool, restaurants, gym, spa etc. Was a fair walk to our apartment but was definitely worth it, we had beach front views, the bedrooms and bathrooms was beautiful, clean, the only thing the kitchen didn’t have were plates, cutlery or anything except you can make tea & coffee. Location wise Hotel is close to sunset town, free shuttle bus there, and being a hotel guest we received free tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show which cost is normally VND 1,000,000.00 per person. Being east facing of the island get the beautiful morning sunrise! Absolutely breath taking views, great for morning walks. The other thing which was disappointing is the Club House Restaurant, food is terrible. Was very disappointing so best to find alternative for meals. Lucky breakfast wasn’t too bad. We paid approx. $1012.00 AUD for the 2 bedroom apartment with private pool for 3 nights $337 / night.
