We sincerely appreciate the effort you took to document and explain your experience, particularly regarding the safety concerns you encountered during your stay. First and foremost, please be assured that guest safety is our highest priority. We regret that your experience caused you distress and that you did not feel reassured during your stay. Following your comments, we were able to conduct a full internal investigation into the matters you raised. Our technical teams were addressing the issues at the time; however, we deeply regret that the communication from our front office team was not clear, timely, or reassuring. This gap in communication understandably contributed to your discomfort, and for that we are truly sorry. Your feedback has been taken very seriously and has been shared with both our engineering and front office leadership teams. Clear communication, especially in matters related to safety, is essential, and we are reinforcing procedures and training to ensure that concerns are acknowledged, explained, and followed up properly with guests.
