Ni, Dat, Ngoc, and Alice are outstanding staff members who truly deserve special praise. They were very attentive and took great care of us 👍. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for those who prefer a calm, relaxing morning without noise.

Our trip to Phu Quoc was truly memorable, and Mövenpick Phu Quoc was a perfect choice. The resort has a spacious and beautiful layout, friendly and enthusiastic staff, and a stunning beach. Breakfast at the Level 8 restaurant offers a wide variety of choices to start the day. The staff, especially Ni, Dat, and Ngoc, were cheerful, attentive, and always happy to help. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family when visiting Phu Quoc.❤️

This is a great hotel with a stunning entrance that immediately makes a strong first impression. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The pool area is lovely, the beach is beautiful, and the food was really good. We had dinner in the main restaurant, which was excellent. Breakfast was a real highlight — we enjoyed it both in the main restaurant and at the Sky Bar, which is also a very nice setting. The only real downside was the issue with sun loungers on the beach. Guests were reserving beds early, and although the hotel stated they have a policy against this, it didn’t seem to be enforced. If you came out later in the day, or returned from a trip hoping to relax on the beach, there were often no loungers available due to the volume of guests. This felt disappointing, especially given the size and standard of the hotel. I honestly can’t imagine how this would work during a very busy peak season — and we stayed over New Year, which is already a peak period. Aside from this, everything else was great. The only minor point would be that the cocktails were a little watery. Overall, a lovely stay and a hotel I would recommend, but the sunbed situation definitely needs better management

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Resort and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff truly made our experience special. We would like to sincerely thank Kien, Hieu, and Andy, they were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. The service was excellent from start to finish, and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. We would definitely recommend Mövenpick to anyone visiting Phu Quoc and would love to come back again🥰
