I had a wonderful experience at the Novotel Spa. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. Special thanks to Anh, the spa therapist, who did an amazing job with the treatment. Her professional skills and gentle care made me feel completely relaxed. Thank you so much for such a great experience. I will definitely come back again.
