全体を通して良い滞在でしたが、その前に泊まっていHiltonと比べるとホスピタリティが低いように感じました。（Hiltonが良すぎる） アクティビティ等の案内がわかりにくかったです。

ホテルのファシリティ立地は良かったのですが、お部屋のお掃除が雑でした。特にベッドリネンの交換が５泊の滞在中に一度も無かったのは驚きでした。毎日お掃除に入ってもらいましたが毎回タオルの数が足りないのも気になりました。またフロントも含めてスタッフが全体的に英語力に問題がありコミュニケーションに不安を感じることが多かった。

スイートなのにお湯が出ない、シャワーの圧が弱い。チェックインの待ち時間が長い。プールが混んでいる。

まず立地はとても良いです。空港からもグラブタクシーで15分程度、時間は決まっていますが空港へのシャトルバスもあります。 目の前は海、ナイトマーケットもホテルの目の前なのでとても便利です。 また、プールやお部屋など施設も良かったです。時間がなく利用してませんがレンタル自転車やテニスコートなどもあったようです。 惜しかったのが、毎日何かしらタオルが足りなく、毎日フロントに電話してタオルを持ってきてもらう作業が発生したので、その辺りは改善を期待します。 しかし立地等含め総じて良かったので、またフーコックに行く際はリピートしたいと思えるホテルでした。

立地は、空港から車で15分程度です。ホテルを出てすぐナイトマーケットや飲食店やマッサージ店、コンビニが徒歩すぐです。 ホテルのシーフードレストラン、朝食のレストラン、プール横のバーを利用しましたが、皆リーズナブルでコスパは良いです。 滞在が年末年始だった為もあるのでしょうが、プールとビーチのベッドの数が少なく、すぐ埋まってしまうのが、 ちょっと残念でした。 部屋は、1棟4部屋のビラでしたが、広さも充分で良かったです。
