The hotel is top standard, expected from a 5-star resort. The location is secluded and very peaceful. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Additionally, the food and service is amazing, especially My Tho & Hana at Aura beach club were fantastic and so friendly :)

Excellent service! Ms Linh took care of us and we had a great evening! We had the grilled fish and couple of drinks in the sunset on their outside benches. Service was quick, status recognition for Accor Platinum and Accor Plus was flawless. No need to leave the resort in the evening.

Stunning Resort with fantastic staff.....but keep it quiet or everyone will want to come. Stayed at 3 Bed Beach Front Villa with pool for 11 Nights which was idealic with only a few passing guests on the beach over entire stay. The Villa is stunning with housekeeping staff that keep it in tip top condition. The resort grounds and all pools are kept in a similar condtion. Hotel and restaurants have fantastic staff that keep a multitude of guests supplied in food constantly throughout the day with the Aura beachfront a particular favorite for evening drinks and great food. If an Accor Elite Member there is the beautiful Sky Lounge on Level 8 for a great and well laid out breakfast selection with panoramic views over Phu Quoc, the Resort and the beach. Lastly but more importantly is the management from the GM Claudio, the Executive Chef Daniel (also including Duk and Nyu) to Guest Relations Sunny and all the rest of the cheerful welcoming staff it is a pleasure to stay at such a magic resort.....so much heading back for another 13N stay in June.

Special thanks to Anh from Guest Relationship, we faced some issues at first but she went above and beyond to help us and offered great assistant. We booked a 2-bedroom villa, it is pretty with a decent pool. The main pool is amazing with a private beach, Phi from restaurant is very nice as well. Overall, this resort is a great value for money and I highly recommend to come stay when visiting in Phu Quoc (especially with family).
