Beautiful hotel in a great locations. Staff were second to none. My husband and I felt so well taken care of and welcome! It was truly one of the loveliest hotel experiences we have ever had. We really enjoyed an evening night cap with the fantastic bar and their very friendly staff. The location was a pleasant walk to Piccadilly Circus and Buckingham Palace . It was a wonderful stay and experience. We hope to go back again next year.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Sofitel st James celebrating our birthdays and we were blown away by happiness every single moment!!! This beautiful hotel adds to all the values of hospitality,elegance,warmth, luxury, effortlessly as all the teams across the hotel work in perfect harmony and it's so obvious everyone loves what they do and deliver experiences really personal and unforgettable!!! Stayed in Prestige Suite. Super comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. Excellent service. Location is ideal for walking to many major sites. Just a few blocks from Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. Easy walk to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben.

We stayed at the Sofitel St James for 8 days in April and had an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautiful with a large lobby decorated with gorgeous flowers. It is n a perfect location, close to numerous good restaurants, shops, the National Gallery and Portrait Gsllery, Buckingham Palace, the Theatre district, Piccadilly, Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square…we could walk everywhere. Our room was modern, large, with a very high ceiling and a view on Waterloo Square. It was extremely quiet. There was nightly turn down service and our room was promptly made every morning as soon as we left. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with plush towels and Diptyque products. There was an obvious consciousness about sustainability as we were given daily glass bottles of water and all hotel toiletries and amenities were recyclable and packaged in cardboard. The staff were very warm,attentive and helpful at the reception desk, in the bar at the concierge desk and at the restaurant. Breakfasts were outstanding and dinner at the Michelin-starred Wild Honey was one of our best in London. The whole experience was amazing, from start to finish.
