Too expensive for too little facilities

No welcome drink even after being a Accor member and regular patron for more than 12 years. Poor breakfast spread. Very small room. Very expensive. Even though the restaurant had an offer ongoing for drinks at MRP, got charged Rs 160 + 18% GST for one small can of Pepsi cola. GST on food is 5% in all restaurants. Hotel GST rate is 12%, why does the restaurant in the same hotel charge 18% GST on food?
