Amazing staff and hospitality. Good food , Beautiful room layouts and service. Club Lounge on 14th floor is the best for corporate meets .Special thanks to Sakshi, Rahul at F & B, and Melwyn Dsouza ,the club manager is too polite and excellent in hospitality. Best place to stay.

Was at this lovely property on 29th April for concierge meet and to celebrate the most awaited day of the year for all us professional concierges across in the hotel industry the Concierge Day itself. It was an honour and pleasure to celebrate our Concierge Day Event at Sofitel BKC for two consecutive years. Right from the very beginning the arrival and personalized welcome experience at the property to amazing venue and decor setup things were marvellously done. F&B aspects were wonderful great bar counter setup and huge spread of amazing dinner buffet We all thoroughly enjoyed our event and time at Sofitel BKC also had the honour to meet GM Mr. Dahiya himself thank you sir. A huge round of applause to our very own Mahadev, Robert & Chaitanya and the banqueting team for their hospitality this event couldn't have been this great without you all, we really appreciate all your hardwork dedication and meticulous planning to make this day memorable for all of us.

On 29th April attended the conference at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. Ballroom was well arranged, sitting layout was well planned and service was excellent. Food was amazing. Enjoyed the chaat corner. Big Thank You to Concierge Mahadev, Robert and Chaitanya. Also Big Thank You to the Chefs who were on the toes to delight all the attendees. Food was superb. Amazing & Excellent Hospitality.

A fantastic experience all around - service, food, room, and conference venue all top notch

This hotel was ideal for a recent business stay. Located within a 5 minute walk to the Jio World convention center, it is convenient for meetings as well as nearby shops and restaurants. The ambience is great for business or pleasure, and the staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish. Given its Accor roots, the hotel pays homage to its parent company with charming French touches around every corner. My partner and I upgraded to the Imperial Suite, a 2k+ sq foot space with two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a study, living room, and massive dining/ meeting space. The space and the service exceeded our expectations. Big shout out to our dedicated housekeeper, Narender Singh, who provided us with friendly, attentive and swift service the entire time. The dining was also fabulous - the restaurants and room service were delicious, but the real standout was the massive buffet full of delicious varieties across Indian and global flavors. Our company also hosted an event in the conference area on site, where the staff was extremely accommodating to give us a larger space when we had more guests than anticipated. Their friendly staff served up delicious masala coffee and snacks for our guests to enjoy during the breaks. All-in-all, a fantastic experience.
