I was shock when I come to the property The Novotel the one I knew is totally untreated like an old hotel The air conditioning is not working since I got there, I was complain about it but the engineer come problem never fix It was so hot in my stay , I was long stay and i think I am regular guest in these hotel but I was wrong The hotel seem not really manage well, it's not seem like an Accord manage, Poor fitness center with old stuff, the broken handle at the bathtub And poor front office staff specialty the girl staff not seem really like guess, I didn't see their Smailing I won't comeback Very disappointed

clean room , hygenic and spacious rooms, but i got the room where the air conditioner leaked, and i stayed 4 night. Good for leisure or business traveller on budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. the location is good in the city center. great hotel.

What I like: The Lobby is clean and spacious The front liner is VERY INFORMATIVE ;) (one of them told me the best place to have cotto Makassar and it's near the hotel) The Gym is well equipped The breakfast selections are varied! What I don't like: My staying period is too short :)) Thank You for making my stay enjoyable
