Hidden surprise.

Wife and I spent two nights at this small hidden gem of a hotel. It proved to be excellent value in a great location. Typical ibis room which was small, however it more than fulfilled our needs. The bed was comfortable, and staff arranged a different pillow style for me for the second night which was an added surprise. Breakfast was decent as well, not your standard buffet. But a simple on the go style that included a nice breakie wrap, raisin toast, fruit salad, cookie and coffees. Easy walk with suit cases from Wynyard station, and the hotel is less than 100m to the water’s edge of Barangaroo. There’s even a small gym with the basics in the hotel. The staff are sensational. We will be back.

Really average experience and I will not return. Unfortunately my corner room was about 5 floors above Western Distributor, so could hear all of the trucks and traffic. Room was also small, soulless and lacked carpet. Was very noisy from 5:30am. Breakfast only had a couple of options, of prepared food, and coffee was terrible. Staff were friendly and helpful but rest of experience was poor. Steer clear.

We stayed at Ibis Barangaroo Sydney for our honeymoon. The room was clean, everything was new and tidy, and the hotel staff were wonderful. The Asian lady who works in the café in the mornings couldn’t be any nicer, she was absolutely lovely. We totally recommend this place. The location is also great; it's close to everything.

Best location for first time travelers! Strategically located at the heart of the city! Walking distance to the train station, malls and the Darling Harbor! Amazing staff they very helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely recommend to tourists who love to walk.
