This is a good hotel with good facilities and nice and clean rooms, we stayed there for 9 nights over New Year and it was a pleasant stay, an extra plus for the cleaning/service staff who were very good! The only problem was the lifts which are undergoing renovation/upgrade so there is a lot of waiting but it was not a major problem

Самая лучшая локация - близко до всех достопримечательностей, вокруг модные магазины, транспортом пользоваться удобно. Но вы никогда не знаете, когда сможете выйти на улицу из-за нестабильной работы лифта. Мы едва не опоздали на оплаченный вечерний круиз по заливу, потому что 20 мин ждали лифта! Каждое утро на завтраках огромные очереди на входе в ресторан. Ассортимент блюд весьма скромный для отеля 5* - нет ни рыбы, ни мяса, ни даже каши. Сухие смеси, сосиски, яичница, йогурты и мало фруктов. Кофе ужасный. В номерах нет кофемашин. Уборка некачественная - под тумбочкой лежали чужие презервативы, а на ковре под столом - огромный засохший раздавленный таракан. В целом проживание соответствует городскому отелю 4*. Никак не 5*. И стоить он должен дешевле, конечно.

Excellent location in the heart of the CBD, and the hotel itself feels modern and well refurbished. I honestly can’t quite understand some of the negative reviews. The lifts can get a bit busy during peak hours, but nothing particularly inconvenient. I would happily stay here again if I were looking to be in the CBD.

Great stay for 3 nights Room was spacious and clean Breakfast was good , didn’t eat at tge restaurant but my wife has and enjoyed it Staff friendly and efficient Great location for everything
