Great location in walking distance from Town Hall Stn or for shows etc in CBD. Comfy room, Exec suite well appointed. Disappointed as NO GF options for Breakfast for $30, so walked over to the Novotel on Darling Harbour AMAZING GF OPTIONS for $35, even have a GF BUFFET!! Both 2 for 1 with Accor Card too. Will stay again, hoping they make buffet brekky more inclusive next time.

Stayed in a studio apartment. Could not be better had a wonderful view of darling harbour and out to the western horizon. Room was immaculate only down side was the bathroom door squeaked upon opening. Air con made the room feel most comfortable. If you need to stay that end of the city I highly recommend it. Breakfast was included and was a great tasty way to start the day. Reception staff were very friendly.

first time hotel experience with no house keeping services at all like a 300AUD+/night hostel space wise it was okay, nice rennovated toilets but rest was just not worth staying

My booking was made by son in law who had a discount rate for family and friends my invoice was for $1593.90. At check in I was asked for the employees card. I tried ring but my son in law was not contactable and my daughter said they had never been asked for this at checkin and they had to provide this when booking. At check in they said I got an email stating I needed to provide proof at checkin. I told them I hadn’t received any email stating this only that it was needed when booking. I am a female pensioner and was meeting up with two of my school friends who are also pensioners and all on a budget. I was told I had to pay an additional $500 and if I paid by credit card I would be charged 1% which I was not aware of. My total stay cost $2120.98. I covered the extra $500 myself because my friends had only budgeted for a 1/3 of the original invoice, as I did I. For a pensioner on a limited income this greatly impacted on what I could do for my time in Sydney. I have never been in a position in all my travels where I am have been asked to pay more than the booking invoice. I presumed that any other requirements for the booking at the reduced rate in done when booking, which it was. I will never book any accommodation again with the Accor group. I think this was all very misleading and unpleasant. The rooms were also sub standard and very disappointing.

We booked to attend a number of functions. The Mantra on Kent was easy for us to walk to each of our planned events in the CBD. The room was large and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. There was a large king sized in its own room, and a fold out bed (lounge) as well. We had a view of Darling Harbour from the room, which added to the spacious feel.
