im not going to list all the faults. the duty manager was very accommodating when I spoke to him. we changed rooms and received a complimentary breakfast. its location is convenient to certain establishments, but the price V quality is not up to standard. would stay there again, if necessary.

A solid budget pick with a million-dollar view. The room is a decent size, the lighting is mediocre, and the desk is serviceable if you actually plan to work. The Wi-Fi? Don’t count on it. The bathroom is small, the shower even smaller, if you’re a big guy, you’re in for a struggle. Aircon does its job. The lifts? Slow enough to make you question your life choices. The staff are friendly, but the place is showing its age. That said, for the price, you’re practically sleeping on Darling Harbour. Step outside, and you’ve got Sydney at your feet, great restaurants, iconic sights, all within walking distance. If you're here to explore the city, it’s perfect. If you’re looking for plush robes and a room to lounge in, go elsewhere.

We paid an exorbitant amount to stay at the hotel and it was terrible. Had we known how bad it was and that for an extra $20 we could have stayed at a hotel that takes pride in its appearance we never would have gone there. The room was dirty, very basic and uncomfortable. No better than the Ibis budget we stayed at, at the airport a few weeks prior, which we considered overpriced as well. The walls are paper thin and you hear every movement, every shower and toilet being used. The Aircon did not work properly, even though we reported it, it still didn't heat up our room. We pulled the blind down at night and was horrified by the filth that was on it. We will never be staying at an Ibis again. The only good thing we had to say about the hotel was that the staff were lovely.

Bedroom very small no wardrobe just a small nook with minimal hanging space no bedside tables to use for personal wear.bathroom in disrepair tiles buckled and protruding from wall no vanity just a sink and inadequate shelving. Sleeping for 3 only one chair supplied for sitting, definitely not suitable for a family or a stay longer than one night. Disappearing and expensive

Good venue Good location for visiting Staff really pleasant and helpful Rooms are tired and could do with an upgrade BUT for a few days we were happy We had a great view of the harbour. This may be spoiled as they are building in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Did not dine but food looked good.
