We didn’t actually end up staying here in the end, but it was the night of Storm Geretti when all flights were terminated. I inadvertently booked the wrong date so we ended up sleeping in the lobby as the hotel was full. My review is about the staff - the night staff on Thursday 8 January through to the morning of Friday 9 January. They were so helpful and friendly at a time when we were very tired, cold and enduring a very long night! They went out of there way to help me arrange a refund for my error and were constantly checking we were fine. Excellent service - highly recommend staying here based on service! Also a shout out to Patricia who I’ve since spoken to 🙌

It does what it says on the tin. A budget hotel in an ideal location for the airport. Room okay. We were well looked after by Gourav in restaurant. Nice evening meal with 10/10 customer service.

Great experience and food, and close to the airport, good for early departures. Staff were especially nice and helpful, including Mukesh who was especially helpful.

We stayed at the hotel on 18th December 2025 the night before our holiday flight, & for a budget hotel it was excellent,we couldn't even hear planes with actually being on airport,the room was brilliant for a budget hotel as was the checking in process & the restaurant was very good as was the food & service from Kiran Many Thanks & we will definitely stay again
