Typical airport hotel. Some bad reviews which was not my experience this or previous times. It was an easy check in process - very nice staff member who said my hubby should sign up to their loyalty program for a free drink as I’m already a member, which was nice. No issues with getting a table for dinner, didn’t have to wait long to order our food and drinks. Mukesh was our Server very friendly and efficient. We choose our airport hotel based on best price since it’s only for one night and there’s nothing that happened which would stop me from staying there again 😊😊

We have just had the loveliest meal at this restaurant at the Novotel hotel restaurant in Birmingham airport. Staying the night en route for flight tomorrow. Wasn’t expecting anything special so this was a lovely surprise. From the initial welcome to the service it was outstanding. The staff who looked after us , Kal and Humerio were so lovely, so professional and on the ball. I also watched them and other staff serve and clear. So professional and so thorough with cleaning the tables and all surrounding areas. Very impressed. Also, they were all happy, appeared to be enjoying their work and getting on so well. A lovely start to our trip after a long road trip getting here.? Thank you Kal and all your colleagues. Bernie and John Black
