Good location and warm welcome from Damilola , clean & comfortable rooms the restaurant was very busy but Kiran looked after us well Limited menu as my sister was vegetarian and the till was broken so it was chaotic ordering hence the 4/5 score

The staff are excellent. Reception, front of house, bar, restaurant - a really lovely team. Matt was particularly helpful as it is my first time in an Ibis Budget Hotel and wasn’t sure how it all worked.

Stayed here before an early flight, Matt in the bar was really friendly and attentive, he ensured our wine was nice and chilled by giving a wine cooler - made such a difference!

Overnight stay at Ibis. Restaurant food was lovely and the staff were great especially Kiran our waiter. Reasonably priced food and warm clean room.
