Worst 2 night stay. BED BASE with a MATTRESS TOPPER, would have been better off in a tent. Woke up in agony.

This is the first and last time I stay at an Ibis hotel. MASSIVELY LET DOWN by the BEDS. No mattress just a mattress topper.

Have to say I had a lovely one night stay here for work. For the price I was really impressed & had a comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming, there was a nice bar area, room was clean & shower was super hot. I really couldn’t fault it. Would stay again.

Well, please don't be fooled by the name - this hotel is certainly not in the centre of Coventry. The room was small, with something akin to an aeroplane toilet for a bathroom. We were given shampoo for hand soap and concrete blocks for pillows. A distinctly depressing stay.

Very pleased with my stay. I emailed beforehand to request a fan for my room, which was waiting at checkin. I think it would have been very uncomfortable in the room without one as this was during a heatwave and there's no air conditioning. My request for a high floor was also honored. The staff are all lovely here, everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and polite. Bed was comfy, shower was very good. The apps on the TV didn't seem to work, but it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Only a 5 minute walk from the station and city centre. Excellent free WiFi and loads of power points, including a multi cube. Strangely, no bin in the main room, had to use the bathroom one. Very pleased with my stay, would visit again.
