What a lovely meal with fantastic service from Harman. We ordered the steak and the haddock and chips; both were great and served amazingly fast. The puddings were awesome.

We have stayed here before once with our family sons and grandchildren and now as a couple it has been good both times.The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially our waiter Harman.

Had a great meal at the Novotel hotel , great staff , especially Mukesh who made are evening special , I am gluten & lactose free , so he double checked on the menu for what I could safely eat
