I strongly want to recommend Mr.Ahmed who is working in the night shift he is very well trained and he exactly knows the guest service with a smiling gesture which makes him a very important gentleman for the property as he is very well trained by his leader.

Hotel is nice and clean. Its just a little outdated. The other ibis in town is newly made and have more bigger rooms. However my stay here was short but it was nice. Reception team is fantastic. Speciall Ann and Ahmed who was in the night shift. Hope i am taking proper name for Ahmed. He was in the night shift when i stayed there. Very fantastic guy with extreme hospitality. He was eager to help me always. He did made my stay very comfortable.

The rooms were of a good size, with very comfortable beds and good amenities. Location was very central in Bahrain and easy to access many different places. Breakfast was very nice.
