I book for non smoking room but given smoking room. Asked the receptionist is this smoking room he said not smoking room because i can't stand the smells. Then i asked him why there's ash tray in the room. Then he said we don't have other room as the hotel is fully booked. The he offer some refreshments but until i checked out no one send the refreshments and will let me know if i can move to other room for the next day. But still no one get back to me. This is the worst experience in accor hotels. The fact that they did not get back to me want for the refreshments and check other room's availability, this has made the worst become worse. I don't really mind about refreshments. But the hotel condition and irresponsible attitude made me really not happy with this hotel.

I like how this hotel is quiet .... everything was fine from the guys at reception to housekeepers to car parking .... and the breakfast was so delicious

I have stayed at IBIS Seef Manama for over 10 times in the past 5 years. The property is centrally located with all decent amenities. The best part is this hotel is Alcohol Free, making it a peaceful property in Bahrain for both Business and Family stays alike,
