Highly Disappointed by Breakfast in Restaurant (Essence)

Stayed 4 nights in a suite - (which has awkward designs and tons of storage spaces as if meant for permanent stays). Service of housekeeping staff was good and prompt. However, staff of ground floor restaurant gave us tons of pain: 1. Very less options for vegetarians (except breads, cereals, fruits which get over) 2. MANY DISHES GET OVER AROUND 9AM and ARE NOT REFILLED! 3. If you ask for fruit or any refills, you get terrible looks from staff as if it's been a crime 4. All 3 days we had breakfast - 95% of the menu was same, including weekend. 5. BIGGEST red flag: I had asked for breakfast packages to-go early morning for our flight with clear instructions of no ham/red meat. Yet, we found salami in sandwiches. Result - we had to spend $250+ to get breakfast at the airport Lastly, the pool looks big only in photos AND it's SHUT(!!) for maintenance now for the next 3 months?! Not sure if this is called out during booking - but quite a downer.

What an amazing experience. The staff were so kind and helpful particularly Grima. She was amazing in helping me with my questions. My kids loved loved Grima What a special human being. If you have an opportunity to stay at the hotel I would highly recommend it. The pool was great and the room was a good size

Great to be back, since my last stay 2 years ago. Service is super great from arrival check-in till check-out. Staff will make its guests feel comfortable from neatly clean rooms till food and beverage. Choosing our room, the executive suite with extra services for my disabled mother is very good. Looking very forward in 2026.

Handy airport hotel, well connected to the city. The airport shuttle runs like clockwork. The rooms are starting to look rather worn, but everything works. No sockets around the bed (USB or regular). Staff were friendly and efficient. Good, varied breakfast, but terrible fruit juices.

The entire team is so good helpful and make you feel so good that you want to come back Chef.Billy,Mr.Joe,ms.Aira @ club lounge Ms. Julie @ BF and many more I don’t remember their names the entire team at front Desk so warm welcome every time, if Billy not there I wouldn’t have come back as I am Vegetarian he makes sure I get vegetarian special thanks to Mr. Billy ! We love every thing here keep up the spirit , wish you all the very best god bless 🙏
