We stayed one week in Novotel Century Hong-Kong with our 10 and 8 years old children. The hotel is super well located in wan chai area, really close to exhibition center and wan chai MTR/metro stations. Rooms size are fine for HK and we had connecting rooms. We enjoyed the swiming pool and fitness room. Hotel staff is nice, welcoming and arranging. A warm thank you to Mister Paul Chan conciergerie manager for this smile and support.

The check in is smooth and the staff Tiffany is so friendly and helpful. She upgraded the room for us and offered late check out since she saw we traveled with our child. So thoughtful.

A very good location, there are many shops and restaurant close by. The front desk offers friendly efficient service. The room are well equipped to provide a comfortable stay. Shoutout to Paul Chan at the concierge for a great service during our stay.

i stayed here just one night....hotel was under renovation so some spaces were closed...good but old hotel....nice breakfast with a lot of choices.....wonderful position in the heart of Hong Kong....metro station was very close (200 m)
