I had an absolutely amazing stay at Novotel Century Hong Kong, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks to Kate, who took great care of me throughout my stay. From check-in to the lounge experience, her warm, attentive, and professional service made me feel truly welcome at all times. The Ocean View room was very clean, comfortable, and the view was beautiful, making my stay extremely relaxing. I would also like to sincerely thank the manager Sanki and assistant manager Tiffany for their kindness and professionalism. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. Thanks to Kate and Rachel, who was in charge of the lounge, I was able to enjoy a very comfortable and relaxing time there. The food was amazing, and the drink selection was outstanding — with a wide variety of juices, an excellent selection of delicious wines, a coffee machine, and even a cocktail area. Everything was absolutely perfect. Security was excellent, as the elevators require a room key card to access guest floors, which made me feel very safe during my stay. The surrounding area is clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, even when walking alone. The location is also extremely convenient. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as many bars, cafés, restaurants, and lounges, and the hotel is surrounded by tourist attractions and lively areas, making it perfect for both sightseeing and dining. The hospitality of the entire team was truly outstanding, and I would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone staying in the Wan Chai area. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay.

If you are looking for a hotel in Hong Kong that a reasonably priced and pleasant to stay in then this is the hotel for you. Wan Chai is a great area to base yourself. Infront of the hotel is a stairway to the footbridge that takes you straight across to the Star Ferry to get you to Kowloon. If you don't get on the ferry there is the promenade all along the harbour front. This hotel is a short walk from Wan Chai MTR station, Central is only two stops up from there. I walked to Central once, it wasn't that far and it's a great walk because you get to see everything. The breakfast was only ok. I would 100% pick this as my hotel when I go back to Hong Kong but I just wouldn't get the breakfast included. Choice was limited and food not great. The room was nice and what I liked about it was that it had a big desk I could work at when I needed to. This is perfect for anyone travelling on business or needing to do some work remotely. Contrary to other reviews, the bathroom in my room was nice and the shower pressure was excellent. I just had the basic room, not the exec room and it was plenty big enough. I'm really fussy with pillows but they provide a firm and a soft pillow so perfect for most. Staff very helpful and friendly. I'm not going to bother looking at other hotels next time I'm coming straight back to this one.

Solid but could do with a refurbishment

I've stayed at the Novotel Century twice in 2025, and it's far from the worst hotel I've stayed at but it does show it's age. The bathrooms in the rooms are a low light, the shower in the bathtub is very dated, but the rooms themselves are reasonable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I would assume the hotel is a popular holiday package deal hotel. This is evident in the restaurant at breakfast as it's akin to a visit to an IKEA cafe, it is very noisy and overcrowded and the staff struggle to keep up with the food and coffee machines.

The housekeeping & concierge services are great. Extra points to Paul Chan from concierge. I give him 100/10. Hotel is cozy and nice. Location is near to business centre. I am not happy with the front desk girl and the lounge / cafe staff. Kinda rude !
