He was incredibly professional and enthusiastic throughout, patiently addressing and efficiently resolving all my requests with great care. Sky cafe is a very good restaurant. Autumn is so nice and provides us a very goid service food is good, a various kind of food and wine beautiful scene

The hotel is very clean and modern with excellent service. The butler team is extremely professional and attentive — special thanks to Maddy, Leo, and Echo for their warm support, which made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The gym and indoor swimming pool are spacious and well-equipped. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Maddy, Echo, Leo and Yuna have been amazing. Helped me with any requests I had and guided me through all the hotel’s amazing amenities . The structure and rooms are great. The restaurants are delicious .
