Room was upgraded due to ALL Accor membership with early check in provided. Front desk check in service was excellent. Room size sufficent for solo and is clean with partial sea view. Starbucks at ground floor was too crowded. 2nd time staying at this hotel - definitely recommended. Small issue re the lifts not serving all floors, but waiting time is still ok

Very smooth transaction, sarah clement and handrivk were very helpful

Great location to most parts of city

good hotel located near centre tram lines run outside to both sides of the city. Room was small but clean with a harbour view. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good plenty of choice eggs, fruit, yogurt, mini bread to toast, coffee etc. Bed was firm, but comfy can request extra pillows.

By far one of the worst hotel … Sorry , I should not write this kind of comment but personally that is a terrible experience … 3rd time that I come here , 3rd time I give my laundry to wash and then every time it comes back , got a stain on it and I cannot wash it off all the dirty things on it … apparently , as the 2 first time they said, it was my fault , the 3rd time they want upgrade my room or give me free breakfast … who cares about that , I just want clean clothes , that is what I paid for !!! Of course not any discount or any solution … Last time was a shirt cost 600 US dollars, garbage … thanks a lot. 20 years I work in the hotel industry , never seen that , I travel everyweek , never see that and I wash my clothes with every hotels … the worst is not even that , it’s that nobody cares . Same for the bed sheet, if you put the card on it , they change the bed sheet , according to them , it was change everyday mine! Impressively , my bloom nose stain was on the bed sheet for a week, same location, wow , magic. Anyway. Hope I will never have the chance to go back there and thanks a lot again for my clothes that I cannot wear anymore for sure .

However, we are deeply sorry that the laundry service let you down, and while we apricate you did not want to accept our waiving of the laundry service, we do hope to rectify this matter with you in a personal message. As you mentioned, there is an instruction card to be placed on the bed if our guests wish to have their linens changed. If the bed sheet is not changed or if you need housekeeping service at any time during your stay, please do not hesitate to call our housekeepers for assistance. We take these matters seriously and assure you that we will investigate especially with the staff located on your floor to make sure our service is up to standard. Once again, please accept our apology for the areas that did not meet your expectations.
